About us

We are a small company that was founded in Indianapolis in January 1997. We are owner operated and locally owned. (Company president answers the phones and works out of a service truck). We do a large amount of work per year and were very involved in doing new construction over the last 31 years. The fastest and most reliable way to reach us is by phone, we do not have anyone monitoring a computer during the day. Generaly emails are answered either before 9:30 am or after 6:00 pm Monday thru Friday. We are closed ; nights, most weekends, and holidays. You can always leave a message. Text only at 627-6702 (cellphone) , no phone calls after hours on this cellphone PLEASE - all office phone calls are transferred to this cell phone during business hours only ! Please text anytime. Thank you !

Services we don't offer

This review is not for "Garage Door Service of Indiana, Inc." We do not charge $350 for a pair of springs and are still less than $200 - everything and tax incl. 3 year warranty - labor and parts. I am the owner and do all service calls and am glad I've found this, I will be bringing this up with Angie's List ASAP. We do carry a straight A rating , and strive for maintaining it !

Description of Work: My husband called from home to say the garage door would not close - was off the track and lopsided. He thought we needed a new garage door. I looked up the big deals offered by Angies List and found one offering a $1200 door. I called to make the purchase. Because the door would not close, the provider came within 2 hours of my call to help me select a door and to get the door closed for the evening. Upon arrival, the provider stated I did not need a new door and that he could fix the one I already had. He was VERY knowledgeable and had to replace the cable only. I was grateful that he was honest and that he knew what to do right away. The door works better now than when it was new. A great job and $112 instead of $1200!

Same day service.
Description of Work: Inspected and repaired garage door. Replaced broken spring and adjusted door. It works and sounds like new! In addition we had them install a keyless entry pad outside. We will definitely give them a call for any garage door service in the future.
