concrete repair
+ -1 moreIt went really well. If there was a delay (thank you, Mother Nature, for all the rain this year!!), he called to let us know. This kind of customer service isn't always found these days. He was on time when he said he was going to be there. HIGH quality job. Let's just say the sidewalk in front was put in by another contractor and it cracked on day 6. And it wasn't what we wanted. He never (ever) said anything about the other contractor (good business acumen!), but when we made mention of tearing it out (oh -- the step from teh drive to the sidewalk was 12" -- nice area for a tire to blow!), he was quite agreeable. He didn't charge us what he normally would have because he knew we were "taken" by the other guy. We've used him previously, but this was our most recent experience. He was awesome and his crew was great too. I would HIGHLY recommend!!
Description of Work: We had old patio, porches torn out. Driveway was concrete under, black top over -- and was in terrible shape. They had to redo the WHOLE thing (including the gravel underneath as the first company didn't put any gravel under the concrete - which is probably why it cracked in the first place). The drive was 108' long, two cars wide, 2+ cars in some areas, patio in back, sidewalk in front, and two porches.

+ -1 moreQUITE BUSY, SO HE CAN BE SLOW IN RETURNING CALLS. BUT HE WAS LESS RIGID ABOUT CHANGING PLANS THAN OTHER CONTRACTORS.

+ -1 moreFRANK WAS VERY ATTENTIVE TO DETAIL. HE WAS ALWAYS HONEST AND FORTHRIGHT IN WORKING WITH US. WE ASKED FOR A QUOTE TO REPLACE ANOTHER SECTION OF SIDEWALK AND HE GAVE US A QUOTE. HE SAID SIDEWALK DIDNT NEED TO BE REPLACED & SUGGESTED A LESS EXPENSIVE ALTERNATIVE.
Description of Work: GRAVEL DRIVEWAY AND SHORT SECTION OF SIDEWALK WERE REPLACE WITH CONCRETE.
