 + -1 moreThe whole project went extremely well. Dean is excellent with his communications and always does what he says he is going to do. We spaced the project over several months to accommodate both our schedules and commitments. He worked around our three dogs, two cats, three 12-year-olds, and often times visiting friends and neighbors. My kids really have missed him since he completed all of the painting. He is very honest and just a truly good and kind person.
Description of Work: Dean did wall and ceiling repair and re-painted our entire top floor of our house walls and ceilings. This included 3 of our children's rooms, the master suite, master bath, master closet, and hallway. He is very meticulous with his work and delivers extremely high quality. We had some rather interesting paint requests as we let our kids pick their color schemes. In my daughter's room she had 5 different colors of paint and the bottom portion of her room had 4, 8 inch stripes of bold green, orange, red and blue colors. We had a phase 2 project which included our formal dining room, game room, kitchen, 3 stairways and our entry way (20 foot ceilings).

 + -1 moreTHE WORK PERFORMED WAS OF THE HIGHEST QUALITY. WE WERE INFORMED AT THE ESTIMATE STAGE THAT THE WORK WOULD NOT BE PERFORMED QUICKLY (AS THIS WAS A SIDE JOB). THE JOB WAS COMPLETED, THOUGH, WHEN HE INDICATED THAT IT WOULD BE (APPROXIMATELY 3 WEEKS). EVERYTHING WAS DONE BY HAND AND WE WERE IMMENSELY PLEASED BY THE FINISHED WORKS. IN ADDITION, THERE WAS NOTHING TO CLEAN UP. EVEN THE PAINT CHIPS WERE DISPOSED OF PROPERLY.
Description of Work: THE WORK INCLUDED SCRAPING OF OLD PAINT, PRIMING, AND PAINTING OF EXTERIOR TRIM.

 + -1 moreNOT EXTREMELY FAST BUT VERY, VERY METICULOUS. EXCELLENT WORK; WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND, EVEN REPAIRING MINOR STRUCTURAL DEFECTS THAT HE FOUND. I WOULD RECOMMEND HIS WORK TO ANYONE.
