CLEARY COMPUTER CO

Cory was wonderful in the beginning. My husband's office computer had multiple problems and Cory was available to come in and fix it. However, in 2006, Cory started working with a bigger company, and takes care of their computers. Since then, we have been unable to reach him. We continued to have trouble with my husband's office computer, and would call and leave messages that were never returned. Or he would call and give us an appointment time, then he would not show up and no one would answer the phone. We expected better from Cory, since we felt that we had a good working relationship with him. If he had even told us that he could no longer work with us, we would have respected his decision and found someone else. I saw the add on Angie's list and want people to know that the level of service delivered by Cory is horrible.

I had left a voice mail message on their answering machine on a Saturday, they called first thing Monday morning and said they could come out that afternoon. They came at the expected time and fixed the computer and also cleaned it. They also build computers and are very knowledgeable in repairs. I will use them again if needed. My computer was built by Corey and it was still under a warranty.
