"Summary: beware of this company. They will make verbal commitments that they will not honor. For the prices they charge, this should have all been super smooth. Initial install was left incomplete after 2 full days when I was told install would take 1-2 days. The initial salesman didn't think my HVAC vent would be in the way of the vanity but it was so install was left incomplete. They sent out an HVAC company after I called multiple times trying to get them scheduled. The HVAC company closed current vent and created a new one. However, they introduced a pipe leak, which as of this writing, has been actively leaking for more than a week. I have been in the process of trying to get the leak fixed and have had to speak to multiple people, none of which seemed to have any effect. I finally was able to get the installers to schedule a date to finish the incomplete portions of job, but it's a month after initial install date. As of this writing, I'm not sure how that will go."

"I hired Elevated Construction and Remodeling to finish an office in an unfinished portion of the basement. Ed the owner was quick to give me an estimate and communicated often. My project started on January 12, 2023 and they finished in 8 days. After giving Ed my final payment he left and the hired subcontractors stayed to finish the trim, paint, and drywall. On February 4, 2023 those subcontractors who did the majority of the work stopped by and said that Ed did not pay them the $1400 as promised. I contacted Ed who did not respond to my concern and now this business is suddenly closed. Just a shame that people would be this dishonest and shady. Be warned with this business and Ed should they re-open in the future!"
