+ -1 moreArrived and checked the furnace. Said it looked like it was brand new. It was too cold at the time to check the A/C. They didn't charge, even for the service call. Will certainly call them when we have an issue.

Description of Work: It doesn't matter if it's heating or air conditioning or having a new water heater installed, Sietsma's Heating and Air is the absolute best!!! They are extremely responsive to our needs and their service technician, Mike, always finds time in his busy schedule to squeeze us in - doesn't leave us hanging for days!!! He also explains what is happening before he does the work. Not to mention, the prices they charge are a fraction of their competitors. I DONT KNOW WHY YOU WOULD USE ANYONE ELSE!!!

+ -1 moreMike Sietsma was in our home within two hours of calling on a Saturday. Our A-coil was a frozen solid chunk of ice including the line coming out of the compressor and running to the house. In short order he had it problem-solved, cleared restrictions, double checked everything, recharged of R22 and we where good to go. We have been using Sietsma's for almost 20 years. Mike's Dad, George started the business back in 1968 and at 75 he is still going strong. You won't find a more honorable and genuine family business where both sons are carrying Dad's values and work ethic forward in a very competitive and technical workspace. When it is time to replace our HVAC system, there will be no doubt who I will call 765-567-2732 to replace it.
