Description of Work: CLEANED AREA RUGS I TOOK TO THEM IN 2003. WE MOVED TO ANOTHER LIVING QUARTERS THAT YEAR AND DID NOT HAVE ANY RUGS. I DID ASK FOR SOMEONE TO COME DOWN TO MEASURE FOR A RUNNER RUG, BUT THEY NEVER SHOWED UP ABOUT 2006.

We had a great experience with them. They were excellent! They were so friendly, nice, helpful, and prompt. It's been several years ago and the carpet is still here and working just fine.

I know that they've treated several people very kindly with their flooring, both in installation and sales. Their customer service is second to none. They are really excellent at what they do.

Everything went very smoothly. The installation was about a month out from when we placed our deposit. 50% of the total was due when we ordered everything and signed the paperwork. Then the remainder was due when after the job was completed. The installers were very professional and cleaned up after themselves. Our floors look great. We won't hesitate to use them again.
Description of Work: Patrick from Pulskamps (and everyone there) are very helpful. We had 2 rooms of laminate flooring replaced with ceramic tile. This was the only store that we requested an estimate from, so I do not have any comparison on price. They have their own subcontractor father and son that installed the floor.

I couldn't be happier with their service, their professional attitude and the product. They were very professional and on time. They did what they said they were going to do. They were courteous. All in all I was very well pleased with the floor staff and the installers. I got what I paid for.
Description of Work: I used Pulskamps Flooring Plus to do 4 rooms. They put in hardwood, tile and 2 rooms of carpet.

The day I went in to look at carpet, someone came out that afternoon to give us an estimate. They fit us into the schedule as we had a limited amount of time to work within, and they did an excellent job. I highly recommend using Pulskamps for your flooring needs!
Description of Work: We had our upstairs carpeting removed and replaced. Pulskamps did an excellent job with the installation (there was difficult corner step), and the seams are invisible! They have a very affordable price in comparison with other area companies, and my wife and I were very pleased with our experience.
