Phil did a GREAT job. Got here on time, geared up and got the gutters and house clean of mildew and accumulated dirt over the years. Phil took great care to not get the solution on plants, flags, and other exterior decor.

Excellent Service. They are over an hour away and they still came over and did a great job. My house had a bit of an Algae/Mold problem on the siding, and they took care of it very well. There was some staining on my siding that existed prior to them, and when I asked about it they came by the next day to ensure there was nothing that could be done. Went way above and beyond what I expected, and would recommend them to anyone. Thanks again!

The service performed was excellent. My siding looks new again! They even cleaned my gutters and windows. I will certainly hire them again once the siding starts to have that nasty green gunk back on it.

Excellent . This service was able to identify and remedy what four other contractors were not able to do. My wood siding looks amazing and my paint has been given new life. The mold properly identified and removed. Communication was always timely, professional, and provided correct information. Define recommend and will definitely use this service in the future.

Alex was so friendly and helpful. He explained everything about the process and even came back to do some additional requests in a very short time frame because he knew we had photos being taken soon.

Even though the company is located in Batesville and we are in Zionsville it was still very easy to schedule a day that would work for both parties. The company rep showed up on time and went right to work. The final result was very satisfactory.. We would use this company again without hesitation.

Angie's List might want to rethink the "Will go anywhere/anytime!" blurb on the opening screen for Miller's Power Wash. I called Miller's to get an estimate. As soon as I said the house was in Maineville, the response was a rant about how far away it was and "I can't drive all the way to Maineville just to wash one side of a house." I repeated that the sidewalk and patio were also to be included. The man responded "Well it's going to cost $429. I have to cover insurance, and my partner and I both need to be paid, and we have to drive all the way to Maineville." This was without even waiting for me to respond to the proposed price. I finally said, "Well, I don't want to make you do anything you don't want to do" and hung up. This company has a lot of good reviews, so maybe the man who answered the phone was just having a bad day, but I won't call them again.

Good. House and gutters are very clean and look like new. Flower boxes removed before wash and replaced after. All outdoor furniture moved away from wash spray.

The work was done very well. They could not do the entire driveway and sidewalks for the $189 price. I am not sure what the square footage is but it didn't seem to be 1500 sq feet. Knowing how to gauge what you're buying with pressure washing would have been more helpful for me. They did a very good job though. I'd hire them again.

Did a fantastic job, house looked like new. I was considering having my trim painted because it looked so grungy, but now there's no need to have it done. I was not home at the time of the cleaning. When I returned they had rehung my hanging plants, moved my patio furniture and grill back on to the patio and repositioned my large pots to where they had been previously. Everything looked great! Could not be happier. Would definitely use them again and recommend them to my neighbors.

I purchased a deal from Angie's list as I was looking to have this service performed. I was contacted by Alex and told what it included and when he would be in our area. He arrived as promised and if the house didn't look like it was just freshly painted you wouldn't even have know he was here. The gutters and the house look amazing. I will definitely use them again in the future when requiring this service. He also called to follow up and let me know when it was complete and explained the service performed. We could not be happier with this service.

Unfortunately, we traded messages early on. After discussing my needs by phone we set a date and time and they did an excellent job. Very fair on price too. I recommend them wholeheartedly.

Mr Miller took my call in the AM and fortunately they were working in Indy hat day. I was expecting a quote, but I expressed a sense of urgency (as I was listing my house for sale...) and he made time that same day to take care of my property. Their pricing was very fair as I had two other quotes, but the quality was truly exceptional... they were very thorough and I am quite particular. Would absolutely recommended Miller Power Washing to anyone in need of their services. By far, THE BEST experience I have had when using Angies List to procure painters or landscape cos.

Everything about my interaction with Phil Miller was exceptional. When I called for the appointment, he told me to remove my outside screens so they could do around the windows - something I would not have thought to do. I later called back to ask if they could power wash an awning that had come off my house in a storm so I could put it back up. Not only did they do that, but they got new hardware and hung it for me. This is the best customer service I've ever experienced. I plan to ask them to come back next year.

The siding and roof look great. It only took about half an hour and there were no signs that anyone had been there other than the fact that the green on the siding and black streaks on the roof were gone. The employees were very polite and professional. I would recommend them.

Had good initial contact. Good follow up and follow thru. Did very nice on cleaning brisk sidewalk. They listened to what I requested and did it!

Simply put, Mr. Miller did a great job. My house looks as good as new and he was very professional.

Purchased the special offer for $209 to get our house pressure washed. Two days after purchase Alex called & said he would be in our neighborhood the next day. Alex & Josh arrived right on time the next day. They got right to work & did a fantastic job cleaning house & mini barn which hadn't ever been cleaned! When they finished the house & mini barn which both are a yellow color our house looked new & also my windows have never been this clean! I definitely would use them again! Woo Hoo now don't have to clean the windows
