Thanks for the review [Member Name Removed] sorry about the one fir tree getting some overspray of bleach, TSP and water solution. The plant should come out of it this spring, if not let us know and we will replace it. Description of Work: Did a great job, just not sure when it was done. Walked on the side of the house on that Saturday, and it was cleaned! No notice, no call, daughter was home, no notification they were on the property. All she heard was the wash sound against the house.

Had spoke with this individual immediately after he purchased the BIG Deal offer. He reported during that phone conversation the north side of house had to be washed and green algae and black mildew stains had to be removed by a certain date, that he was given notice by the home owners association. We were in the neighborhood performing another job, drove three blocks over, pulled in front of his home with truck and wash trailer knock on his door, rang door bell ( no answer) and per his request thoroughly washed the north elevation of his 2 story home.Not only was his house cleaned to his satisfaction we kept the home owners association happy too ! Thanks for the work, thought we would receive a better review given the prompt phone call, fast response to your cleaning dead line and complete satisfaction. Description of Work: I contacted them. They came out for an estimate and to take a look at my porch and deck, back in March of this year, 2015. We agreed to wait until the weather warmed up, obviously. I let them know that I wished to proceed and looked forward to hearing from them. I never did. I left them a voicemail on Sunday, June 14, 2015, attempting to contact them, as I had never heard from them to arrange a time and date and I never received a response. Apparently they did not wish to gain my services. If you want a business that clearly communicates, is transparent and values service, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

Some of these comments are true. Early this spring I meet with and submitted a proposal to this person. There was no commitment made and she was vague on future plans. We became extremely busy as spring and summer progressed. Not to make excuses but with june rains it pushed all contractors back. I did receive a phone call and failed to respond,that is my fault. I apologize! We are a small hands on company that has limits on how much work we can complete. When customers make commitments to us we make commitments to them. Hope you found another contractor to do your deck.If not we can clean and seal first thing in spring and offer a discount coupon. Hope you can forgive Millers Power Wash

Description of Work: Miller Power Wash removed the ugly black algae stains from our very high pitched roof and at what I recall was a very reasonable cost. They're in Batesville but said they have a lot of business in Indy. I'm happy Angie's List asked for my evaluation because It was years ago and I couldn't remember the name, date or cost. Now I can pass it on.

We consistantly recieve straight A's and delivered the exact great cleaning service to this customer. There were several phone messages left and scheduling was established.

Description of Work: Overall, quite satisfied with the service while I was at work. I gave a 'B' instead of an 'A' because we agreed I'd receive a phone call confirming the exact date of the service (since I'd be at work), but didn't receive a call, and I was a little confused when I got home that day and wondered if someone had tried to get into the house.

Description of Work: I called for an estimate and Mr. Miller said he would COME by in a few days. He NEVER showed or called, so I called him again, and he said he would come by on the weekend to give me an estimate....AGAIN, NO SHOW or call from him... POOR BUSINESS.. will never call or recommend him ! ( A total of 3 1/2 weeks of WAITING)

Description of Work: Miller's Power Wash power washed our siding, gutters, downspouts, windows and screens. The results were awesome! The siding and gutters had never been washed before and they were able to get years of dirt, moss and grime off. The windows and screens were great too. The 2 young men were very personable and professional. They walked around the house with me when they were finished to make sure I was satisfied with the result. The owner, Phil Miller, called very promptly to schedule the service and was very accommodating, fitting us in on a day that was convenient for me. I would definitely use them again.
