Provider contacted me promptly after I purchased the power washing offer. Flexible with scheduling - I was able to get my first choice time of the three I offered. He had other jobs in the area so I was able to get the work scheduled without any problems. Provider arrived on schedule as previously arranged. Had a substantial pressure washing unit on his trailer and sufficient hose to get to all parts of the house - front, back, and sides - upper and lower levels. Pre-wetted plantings around the house, used a tarp to cover plants to reduce contact with cleaning solutions, rinsed all washed surfaces thoroughly. Touch ups and additional rinsing to remove debris that had run down the siding was no problem. Let me know in advance that I would need to remove the screens so that they could wash the windows and rinse out the window tracks. Provider encountered an unanticipated problem with washing the windows. He took the time needed to determine how to correct the problem before proceeding with pressure washing the rest of the windows. Helped with moving things from the patio and front porch so that they would not interfere with the pressure washing once work began. Very professional service and genuinely interested in doing a thorough job. Definitely strives for complete customer satisfaction. Asked about any specific concerns or questions and took the time to provide a complete response. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others interested in an excellent pressure washing service.

The service was a complete house power wash. The crew was punctual and very polite. They asked prior to the visit to remove all window screens. The first thing they asked was if they can wash the screens. That was very nice, I was not expecting that. Very dedicated to the work and very aware of the new plants starting to grow around the house. The house looks like new. Job well done!!!

Phil & his helper did a great job. The vinyl siding& gutters look like new. The concrete on the drive way & patio was very dirty but they worked hard to make it look significantly better.They were friendly & professional. I would definitely recommend them & I plan to use them in the future.

I bought the Big Deal for power washing my entire house and Phil Miller contacted me the same day to schedule the service. Bad weather in the area forced a postpone by one day, but Phil and Dustin showed up the next day a** promised.; This company is the only way to go for pressure washing. They have a trailer mounted rig with dual pumps, self-contained water supply, etc. What a departure from the freelance wannabes with a hardware store power washer and a stepladder! My house had never been power washed and the siding and gutter faces were atrocious. Now the whole house sparkles like new. Phil even did some areas by hand to correct drip marks from my own previous clumsy attempts. These guys are pros and you will be thrilled with the results.

Courteous, pleasant people, efficient and thorough, left the exterior of the house sparkling.

Contacted Miller Power wash to see if they would match a price of another company. The other company was rated well, but appeared to be a large outfit out of the Indianapolis area. Miller's is a more of a small business type, and that is where I prefer to do my business. Mr. Miller agreed to match the price and set an appointment to be out the next week. He arrived this morning on time as scheduled and started to work after telling me what he was going to do. He and his co-worker split up on the house and had all the work done in under 90 minutes. Mr. Miller told me on the phone that he was not one of the "splash n dash" kind of companies, and that was clearly the case. I recently purchased my home and it was apparent that it needed a good washing. Mr. Miller did a fantastic job as promised, and I plan to continue using his company to maintain the exterior of my home. I strongly recommend that you do the same.

I purchased this as an Angie's List Big Deal. Phil was very responsive from the beginning and made it easy to schedule on a day that worked for me. Phil and his team showed up on time, we took a walk around the property and he advised on anything that needed to be moved, etc. The results were truly impressive. There was extensive algae on one side of my home and I know there is no way I could have ever gotten the results that Phil was able to produce. It looked like new. They took the time to move items that were in the way with care and I felt they really went the extra mile to make my home look great. Before Miller's came to my home I would have told you that power washing yourself would have been just as good. But now I know- there is no way I could have done this myself- leave it to the professionals like Phil. It is an inexpensive way to really breathe new life into your home's exterior and avoid problems that occur with improper upkeep.. I wish I would have done this sooner!

It went very well. He responded very quickly to our request for a quote and on the day of service he was also very personable. He knocked on the door and introduced himself, although we didn't have to be home I was for part of the time. He let me know what he was going to do and even removed my wreath from the front door that I had forgotten about. I had to leave while he worked and when I got back he was just finishing up. The house looks great and I feel the price was very fair for all that he did.

Prompt reply to my phone message. Arrived on time as promised with professional crew of workers. Explained the process very well. Excellent work. Power washed the front sidewalk leading front driveway at no extra cost. Phone call by owner next day to be sure that we were satisfied. Would defintely use again.

They did an excellent job. I did not expect the attention to detail they provided. Very pleased. They were extremely friendly. I will hire them again.

Mr. Miller was highly recommended on Angie's List, so I called him when the unusual situation arose of a large number of grease and rust stains having been left on the garage and in the driveway of a very nice rental property which had just been vacated after several years. It smelled like an old mechanic's garage in there and looked terrible. He cleaned the floors carefully with a lawnmower-type thing and some cleaners and cleaned the drive and the walkways as well. He even cleaned a couple areas of stone on the bottom of windows, and the front porch. Because grass was growing into the sidewalk areas due to shifting, he and his assistant dug out those areas as well, essentially edging the walkways so that they would look crisp and clean. The oil stains inside the garage did not come up 100%, but we returned to normal looking floors instead of gooey and caked with grease, and it smelled immeasurably better in there! Very nice job. I will call him again!

We had a good experience with Miller's Power Wash. He was very professional and treated our home with respect. Before he started he removed everything we had on our front porch so they wouldn't get soaked and put everything back when he was done. He cleaned the gutters out which were very clogged, washed the windows with a solution that did not leave them streaky, and even washed the screens. I'm very pleased with the service we received and would recommend them.

Great service provider. needed work completed by the end of the month so they came out the next day to fulfill my Angie's List big deal. Moved items & plants that we missed moving out of the way so that no damage was done. Arrived right on time & went right to work. House was definitely in need of a thorough cleaning & now the siding looks as good as new. Would highly recommend to others & will be utilizing Miller for any future power washing needs.

Dustin and Joe came out to the house and did an incredible job. The house looks great and they power washed out walkway while they were out there, as an extra perk. They were kind, thorough and came out when they said they would. They finished under budget and in a shorter amount of time than I was quoted. Thank you to Phil and your team! Was able to get on their schedule very quickly. Showed up at exactly at the scheduled time. They walked me around the house before they started and explained what they were going to do and ask about any concerns that I had. They did a very thorough job! The house looks awesome!! Well worth the money!! Highly recommend and look forward to doing business with them in the future!!

Wow!! Talk about impressed. My husband and I feel like we are living in a brand new house. Honestly, my hubby didn't think it was possible to get out the mold and algae we had accumulated all over the house for the past 6 years, since we built our home. He was very skeptical about paying a professional to come in and clean it. He felt it was going to be a "waste of money". Phil, the owner, proved him wrong!!! He came by himself around 730a and started setting up ---and by setting up, I mean covering our plants and moving all of our furniture and outside knick-knacks. He used a bleach solution, not just standard water, and about 5 hours later had our house sparkling. He even steam-washed our cement walkway and cleaned my husband's boat cover, which had accumulated quite a bit of dirt and debris from sitting in our barn. My husband's response when all was said and done--"Wow!! Worth every penny!!" We can't rave enough about Phil. He even moved our furniture back!! A true old-school businessman with service you just can't find anymore. Thank you Phil!!! We'll see you again in 3 years!!

The cleaning turned out fine. However, I asked them if the runoff from the roof that came down through the gutters would kill the grass, and the said no. They runoff did end up killing huge areas of grass and it took 3 weeks for the grass to die. I had to reseed parts of the lawn.

They were fine. It took a while for them to show up but did a good job when they were here, and we had no problems with their work.

They are excellent. They do an amazing job and I would definitely recommend them.

Everything turned out fine. I had no complaints about it.

The team arrived a little early. Finished quickly, doing a thorough and professional job. They even cleaned some old plastic patio chairs that were stacked up outside that we haven't used in years.
