Miller’s Power Wash Inc

To save the time all you need to know is that this company is Amazing. We make an effort to pressure wash our house annually but haven't found a company we really enjoy or feel that the cost justifies the completed job. Miller's is the company that changed our mindset on our pressure washing situation. We live happily in a historic part of downtown and have painted/wooden siding. We live in a high traffic area and accumulated excessive amounts of carbon on our siding. The mixture Phil and Dustin used was pet friendly and removed a majority of the build up. Our home looks as if it was freshly painted. Thanks Phil and Dustin for a job well done. We look forward to using you again next year.

After reading my initial review, I realized it was in fact a little harsh. For that, I genuinely apologize. I would not refer to myself as passive aggressive, but rather let-down...that's all. Like I said, on phone and in communication, the provider was fine. The more I thought about it, the more upset I got. If anything, would of just liked a little more opportunity to discuss options (even if turned out there were none) other then a refund or waiting until spring. Truth is, there's no reason to get too terribly upset over it. Deck will just have to wait. For what it's worth, no hard feelings. If the offer is still available next year, we may very well look to you for the job...

It went great! Same day service. Very reasonable price. Very accommodating. We asked for one part of our siding to be done and he all of it as well as our garage and gutters. In addition, my husband asked if he could trim a few branches from an oak tree near the dormer, he obliged. Amazing company. It did a wonderful job. Would hire again in a minute. We highly recommend this company.

They did a great job. Arrived when expected and completed the work in a couple of hours...all looked really good when complete.

Owner, Phillip Miller, was very responsive in replying to my request for information and price over the phone. During our conversation, Phillip said that the price would not be more than the Angie's list special of $429 that they had at the time, but that it could be less than that amount based on my description of the size of house and the area to be washed -- and it was -- $350. A few extra phone calls were needed to get the schedule worked out, however, Phillip and one of his employees arrived promptly and the work was completed in about two hours with great results. The siding is clean and free of mold!

I liked that they did exactly what they said they would and they were great to work with. The pricing was high but I feel like I got what I paid for. I had no problem scheduling the service.

The service went fine. One technician came out and completed the job in about 1-2 days. At the time the company was owned by Jason, but I believe he sold the company. He was one who came out for the job. He did a really good job and I really liked working with him. I had no problem scheduling the service.

The service went well. They even pressure washed the garage because the house was not that large. I really appreciated the extra effort and that he made sure we really got our money’s worth. They were great! Right on time, very nice and helpful. I had trouble getting several of the screens out of the windows before they came and Mr. Miller helped me.

Miller Power Wash did a fantastic job removing all of the mold and algae from our vinyl siding. They cleaned all of the dirt and grime from around the window frames, scrubbed the windows and cleaned all of the screens. In addition at no extra charge, they cleaned all of the concrete on my drive and sidewalks, cleaned my mailbox and post and cleaned the floor of my deck. Phil and Dustin worked for 3 1/2 hours non-stop and made my house look sparkling clean again. I will definitely use them in the future and have already recommended them to all of my neighbors.

They did a great job and we are very pleased with their work. Phil and Dustin were professional, thorough, and very personable, and both appear to take great pride in their work. Our stamped concrete patio is uneven in places and holds water in certain spots, so it has a tendency to collect mold and dirt in those areas. The entire patio was in need of some type of cleaning. I was not sure if anything could be done to make it look better, but Miller's brought it back to life. They cleaned it and put two coats of sealant on it, and we are very happy with the results. Dustin went above and beyond and even power washed the patio furniture. They also cleaned and sealed the front sidewalk and power washed an outdoor shed, and both look great. We were so satisfied with their work we had them return to power wash black mold off the top part of our chimney. We recommend Miller's Power Wash and will definitely use them in the future!

We took advantage of an Angie's List special deal. Very happy with the quality and professionalism and our aluminum siding looks much better, especially where we previously had green "stuff" on the north side of the house. Phil Miller and his assistant took care to protect our plants as well as practical close to the house to minimize the affects of the cleaning solution - and we have a lot of plants close to and brushing up against the house. They showed up on time - perhaps a few minutes early - and did an excellent job. The only thing to keep in mind is that, since they are based in Bateville, they try to set their schedule based on geographic location, so it took a couple of weeks from when we bought the deal until we were able to get the work done. They even did a special request for no extra cost. We would definitely recommend Miller's Power Wash and will use them again if needed.

We purchased the deal right before we went on vacation. When we got back into cell phone range, we had a voicemail from them asking when we wanted to schedule service. I also had a message on my Angie's List account. I emailed them to let them know we were having work done on the outside of our house and we would need to wait for that to be finished before we could arrange a time. The Sunday when our repair was done, I emailed Miller's and let them know we wanted to schedule service, I got a message back later that night asking for my number to call and schedule. I replied and the next day (Monday) We talked and scheduled our service for the next day. Our house looks incredible and I would recommend them to anyone who wants their house power washed. This is the reason I joined Angie's List!

The crew of 2 Arrived when they said, got started, were very pleasant and professional. They explained what they were going to do, answered my questions and completed and walked the house to make sure I was satisfied. The house vinyl siding looked much better and the grime and algae was cleaned off. I would gladly use them again

Very pleased with service. They arrived when they said they would. Two young gentlemen, very professional and efficient, Part of my siding is within a screened in porch. They power washed that siding as well as much of the porch at my request. They went above and beyond. I would definitely recommend this service and plan to use them in the future.

Owner responded to initial e-mail within an hour on a Sunday night saying he would call Monday which he did bright and early when I was told - let's see how our day goes and I'll call you this evening. Which is exactly what happened. After a very friendly phone call we scheduled the service for 8 o'clock Tuesday. I was assured that Dustin and Nick would be on time. That Dustin was experienced and would be in charge. They showed up on time and after a walk around during which the process was explained they quickly and efficiently began the job. In the past I have done parts of this job myself but their solutions, equipment and experience were far superior to what I could do. The job took about two hours and after a second walk around during which they suggested that I might have them back in the Fall to do the roof - which I had never noticed because the gutters were so bad - and then they were on their way. Excellent service, great guys I will have them back.

The company did a good job arranging the date of service. They emailed the day before to confirm the time. They arrived a little early. They were very professional in their work. They covered all of the shrubs before beginning. The work was completed quickly and professionally. I am very happy with the quality and will hire them again when needed.

They did an excellent job. They cleaned siding, trim and gutters. The house looks great. They took extra care to protect all of the plants and our vegetable garden up near the house. We were very satisfied with their work and will look to them for service in the future.
