Everything looked much better when they finished. They took precautions to protect the landscaping around the house. I was pleased with their work.

We spoke some time ago, 4-5 weeks, before actually doing the work. This was because of his current scheduled work. We picked a date and time both of which he met. We talked about what was going to be done to be sure I got what I wanted done. Phil and his son did the work doing a really great job. The house (and everything) looks better than it has for some years now, like new, nice and bright & clean. Very Nice job.

Philip and Alex took one look at the job and promised the steps would look like new. This seemed impossible since the steps had not been cleaned in 15 years. When the job was complete, the steps looked even better than new, if that is possible. Philip gave us some great advice about how to care for the steps in the future. Both he and Alex were not only competent and professional, they were so nice. Three cheers for Miller's Powerwash!

It went great! Didn't have to worry about getting done! He power washed the deck and it looked like new! The stain on the deck held up well except in a few places. Because I had a handy man out earlier making some needed repairs and there was some new cedar which replaced water rotted wood, the deck had to be stained again. Phil applied 2 coats of the same stain used 5 years earlier to the new wood and then stained the remainder of the deck. It looks wonderful -- just like new!! A great job and clean up. They protected the surrounding landscape as they stained around the perimeter of the deck. I would use him again and would highly recommend him!

We got egged. It was horrible. The stains were horrible and turned black. We tried using a back pack sprayer and that didn't get any of it off. So about 2 weeks after the incident, we called Miller's Power wash. They were able to come out at the end of the week. The house actually had two problems, 2 sides of the house were egged and had horrible black stains and the other two sides are mostly in the shade so they had green mildew growing on them. I talked to Miller's about both stains. He was tremendously knowledgeable on cleaners and said he had 3 different ones they could try on the egg stains and also they had a really good cleaner that some scientists had said is the best thing. I can't remember the details, but it sounded like he knew his stuff. He arrived on time the day we had decided on and had a whole trailer with soap, water, power washing wands and ladders. They sprayed stuff first and then got on the ladders and scrubbed and then rinsed. I can not believe they got the stuff off. So they slowly worked around the house getting all the stuff off. It looks like new again. And then, just to be nice, he threw in cleaning off the concrete patio in the back because it was stained and mildew-ey. He had this piece of equipment that he attached a hose too and then walked around the patio. It only took about 10 minutes and now the concrete patio looks great too. I could not be happier. Also, I have a walk out basement so in places, my house is 3 stories high. And they still managed to get up high and get the mildew off. I knew it was going to be a challenge but Miller's did a great job and I am thrilled.

I only wish I had taken before pics. I'm not sure it's the same deck! He did a wonderful job and I would highly recommend him He advised me of the bad boards and offered to replace them. Other all I am very pleased with his work. Thanks

Phil and Alex were prompt thorough and professional. Everything was explained beforehand, and completed as stated. They inspected the deck, which is an older deck, and found some boards needed to be replaced, and others that were loose had to be secured. There was an extra charge for that work, and it was reasonable. The only drawback was delay getting started and completed, but that was due to excessive rain, which is out of their control.

He went above and beyond cleaning up a mess I had created.

They were prompt. The house looked great after the Power washing. We had had this done twice in the past and this was the best the house has looked after Power washing.

He agreed to power wash and stain my deck over a holiday weekend, so I could get it done as soon as possible when his schedule was really busy. He did a great job power washing and staining my deck. It hadn't been done for at least five years, and the wood was in terrible condition. Mr. Miller went above and beyond the scope of the job by replacing a couple boards in the deck that were warped and broken, in addition to doing the power washing and staining. Miller's Power Wash did a great job on a very old deck, and Mr. Miller is a very nice person. Reputable, trustworthy company. I highly recommend Miller's Power Wash!

They arrived on schedule and went right to work. They covered my plants, and moved all the potted flower and patio furniture away from the house. The only thing they asked of me was that I take down the screens on my windows before the job. Not only was my house in serious need of washing, but my driveway, patio and sidewalks were turning black from mildew as well. Since I bought the deal for the house only I wasn't anticipating the pavement would be included. My house is cedar sided and has dormers with lots of nooks and crannies and they were meticulous in making certain they got everything. About halfway through the job it was obvious that they were going above and beyond what the deal called for and I was so happy to see that they were cleaning everything. The pavers on my patio look new and the house looks freshly painted. When I popped my head out to ask if I could compensate them for the additional work, Phil simply said it was up to me and if I wanted to tip them or write a check I could (whatever amount I felt appropriate) but he had not intended to ask. They did such a great job I did not hesitate to write a check for the additional work. I would absolutely bring them back again. I am certain the house will need to be done again next year and I am sure I will call Phil Miller to do the work. I have had others power wash my house in the past but this was by far the best I have experienced.

Phil was great to work with and did a great job. He went above and beyond even going so far as to bagging some leaves that were in the way. Don't hesitate doing business with him.

Mr. Miller was very professional and was able to power wash my house and gutters so that everything looked wonderful! My siding, windows and entire house sparkled! It felt really good to get all the mold and grunginess off the house. It really gives your house new life and makes everything look wonderfully clean. Mr. Miller was very professional and conscientious. He was able to protect all my plants which I really appreciated. I very much recommend his service. I felt my house was in very good hands!

I purchase a whole house power wash deal through Angie's List and the results were fantastic!! We have a 2500 sqft. two story home with 75% vinyl and 25% brick. The house has not been power washed all the way up since we bought the home in 2002. We were starting to see a little bit of green algae starting on the brick, the patio, and a few small areas on the vinyl. The communication was great, all correspondence was through "my messages" on Angie's list, so there was no "phone tag" to schedule the service. We were not home when they came and was hoping they would do a good job without someone there to critique the work. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived home to see that they did a thorough job!! They were able to remove all the green algae on the home including the driveway and patio!! I would definitely use this company again and give a high recommendation.

This is the second time I have used this service and I'm very satisfied with the results. Phil is very professional and returns your calls on a timely basis. His crew arrives on time and does a good job cleaning all exterior surfaces. I will use them again.

I have nothing but good things to say about Phil Miller. He took a house that sadly had needed a good cleaning for quite a while and made it look like new. He was prompt, courteous, and easy to deal with. I would recommend that anyone hire him. It was a pleasure doing business with him and I plan to use him again in the future.

Phil responded to my request immediately and set up a time to come by my house to provide me an estimate. Phil was very personable and I enjoyed working with him. The price was very reasonable and he completed the work within a week of providing me an estimate. I was very pleased with the work provided. He contacted me the evening prior to coming out to complete the job and then the morning of the appointment. I work close to my house, so I was able to meet him once the job was completed. Best money we ever spent on the exterior of the house! Aluminum siding exterior painted 12 years ago, but if you looked closely the surface seemed to be dusted with a black powder that he identified as a type of mold. Also area around a corner of the house where a large pine tree was formerly located had some green algae. We ordered and paid for an online service 'coupon' via paypal right from Angies list site. Phil replied back the same day to confirm and schedule. We let him know we were in a hurry to list our house for sale and he was able to schedule us within 3 days. He showed up on time and was onsite for about 2 hours or so. His truck is clean, and professional in appearance. Very friendly, professional and customer service oriented. White trim is now bright white, the light yellow siding is clean, screens and the white vinal window ledges spotless. I would highly recommend Miller Powerwash for any power washing needs.

Our desk is larger than the deal and the additional cost was would be more than I am ready to pay at this time I requested a refund from Angie’s List.
