Miller’s Power Wash Inc

The team from Miller's Power wash was excellent. They called a day before they came and made sure the schedule still worked for me. They showed up promptly at the time promised, and were extremely friendly and cooperative. They completed the job in a little over 2 hours on my 2000 sq ft home and the house looks brand new! The siding could have been put up yesterday! One minor 'issue' I experienced, which is likely due to the poor windows built with the home. I did get a fairly concentrated bleach smell in my house during and for several hours after they cleaned. Not really anyone's fault, when you clean with bleach, it smells like bleach. it may just be helpful if you plan to go out for a couple hours during and/or just after the clean and let it air out. These guys are real pros. My house looks brand new: They cleaned the gutters, soffits, siding, and patio.

One of Phillip's crew members (Alex) contacted me to schedule the job shortly after I purchased the job through Angie's List. I was concerned that they would not be able to do the job when the scheduled day arrived because the temperature was in the 40's (after having been about 70 the day before.) They assured me that they could get the job done, and done safely even though the temps were colder. Phillip and his crew did an excellent job. Paid extra attention to cleaning the areas that I was specifically concerned about including the edges and ends of my gutters that had quite a bit of accumulated dirt masking the original gutter color. I was very pleased with the work they did. Thoroughly cleaned the entire house exterior. Looks like new again. I plan on contacting them again when I need to have my home's exterior pressure washed.

They did what they were suppose to do. They came when they said they would. They did what they could do to my house. Everything was fine. They were very nice. I would recommend them.

When I studied the reviews for Miller's Power Wash, I was impressed to see the high rating with more than 200 reviews! We were able to have the work scheduled promptly. The work was done in a very professional and thorough manner by Alex and his assistant. Alex explained what they would be doing and how they would do it. He carefully listened to our requests concerning certain areas. They were very careful with the plantings we have around our home. Our siding is now gleaming white and very clean! We have a set of fiberglass steps at our back door and were surprised to learn that the color of the steps is not gray but actually a light terracotta - an amazing transformation!! Several neighbors came asking for Miller's contact information as they also needed to have their siding cleaned. I expect to see their truck in our neighborhood several more times this spring, and we will definitely call them when our siding needs to be cleaned in the future.

They did an excellent job. If you need mold and or mildew removed, this is the company to call. All of that mold, and mildew, disappeared. And since they were there I decided to have the entire house washed. It is amazing how much dirt accumulate over time. It is well worth the cost, your siding will pop!

Alex did an awesome job cleaning our house. The aluminum siding on two sides of our house was green and dirty. Not only did Alex get our siding sparkling clean, the windows, brick, and gutters look great, too. He was such a pleasure to deal with -- polite, professional, and courteous. He called with a date about a week in advance. When the weather forced him to cancel, he let us know in plenty of time and rescheduled. You cannot go wrong hiring Miller's.

Phil and his team were responsive, on time and did a great job. Stucco house was built in mid 1990's and had never been treated, had lots of grime, black and green streaking on columns and all over dirt. Phil and his team made the house look brand new! I did not know it could look so good, it looks like a new home now. He even power washed a canvas retractable deck cover, which was so nasty, I thought I would have to replace it, but it looks great too, bonus. Since we are not the original owners and have never before owned a stucco and stone home, this was a great service to find to keep this home looking great. Cleaned out the gutters and power washed the entire home, deck and canvas cover as well as the paver front porch which was embedded with dirt and moss. The difference is amazing.

Wonderfully! I was so thrilled to see how clean my house was when the work was completed! They cleaned the vertical walls, soffits, windows .. everything outside that was possible. It was very easy to schedule a time, and get my questions and concerns addressed answered (e.g. protecting the vegetation). Had a follow up phone call inquiring about the work completed. I would absolutely hire them again.

I purchased a "deal" through Angie's List. In the deal, the deck was to be power washed and stained with an oil-based stain. Mr. Miller was pleasant, professional and arrived on time. He power washed the deck and returned a few days later after the wood had dried to apply the stain. He did an excellent job of applying the stain. He didn't get any spray on the stone walls or concrete that abuts the wood deck. The only reason I'm not giving Miller's all "A's" is because the "deal" called for oil-based stain, but he applied Behr water-based stain. I didn't know that until after he left and I found the used paint cans.

Excellent job. Alex was professional, prompt and answered all of my questions. The siding looked like new when he was done. I would certainly reccomend and use them again.

Perfect! My house looks like it was just sided! Alex and Phil came around 12:45 and had it all done by 1:30. My house is vinyl sided and had not been washed for a few years. I had lots of mold or whatever on the NW side but it all came off. It looks so good it makes me feel good! I wouldn't hesitate for a minute to recommend them or have them back again.
