internet service, cell phone service
 + 0 moreAlthough the supervisor was sympathetic and understood our concern, the Executive Committee did not even consider our complaint. The two sells reps were very argumentative.
Description of Work: We were not able to distinguish between U Pick Services and U Pick Bundle. This cost us approximately $480. We signed up for 3 U Pick services in March 2007. In June 2011 ETC called and said that if we didn't bundle our cable bill would go up. We told the rep. that we were already bundled. She said that was not true. We had U Pick Services, not the U Pick Bundle. She tried to argue that the company did not call customers to notify them of changes to the plan. This was a little difficult to accept as she had just called about the cable charges. She indicated that sufficient advertisement had been sent about the Bundle program. We argued that we did not think this applied to us as we had dropped our original home phone service to add to the Pick 3.
