+ 0 moreTodd does fantastic work. We are so pleased with the results of his work. When Todd installed the patio 12 years ago, he was the lowest bidder by far (cost $8,500.00). Other bids came in at least double the cost. During the past 12 years, we have used Todd to remove 8 poplar trees (cost $1,600.00). Other bids were approximately $5,000. Although my husband is an avid gardener, when it comes to a job he can't tackle with landscaping, we'll definitely use Creative Landscapes. Todd does great work at a reasonable price. The one quality that we really like is you can trust him. This goes a long way when you live in a small community. We would highly recommend Creative Landscapes for any landscaping jobs!
Description of Work: Todd raised our upper patio because the roots from a tree were causing the patio to be uneven. He also completed some repairs to the steps leading down to our lower patio. Twelve years ago Todd installed the upper patio, steps and lower patio. Since that time, the steps settled and we decided to have them reset. Todd suggested they pour concrete prior to laying the pavers this time. This would eliminate any settling in the steps. The patio and steps look great again! Todd also installed a drainage pipe in our backyard. We have a walkout patio where we dug out the backyard when we built our house 23 years ago. Periodically we would experience water edging up towards the basement door. To eliminate any potential issues, Todd installed the drainage pipe. We have not experienced any additional issues with water edging towards our door since the drainage pipe has been installed. This has definitely provided us with peace of mind!
