Dave was very professional and his quote matched the final bill to the penny. We ended needing more fence after we found our property line extended further than we originally thought. Top Notch Fence was very understanding and accommodated us without blowing our budget. Our new fence is beautiful!!!

After calling and explaining the repair needed, owner came the same day and provided an estimate. Told us he would call in a few weeks to schedule the repair. He called us the day before he came. Did an excellent job - only issue we had was the fact that he drove his truck through our yard, over inground sprinkler heads. When my husband pointed out that he had driven over an area that contained those sprinkler heads, he offered to pay for any damage caused. We take responsibility for not discussing this before hand, but did not realize/anticipate this happening. Cleaned up the area and our fence looks great! Very good response time, fair price.

Very professional. On time. Cleaned up all mess. Attentive to our needs. Originally rear post was 14 inches off, took out entire side and redid to our satisfaction. My dogs love their fenced in backyard and I will really enjoy it when the snow flies. Dave and crew provided a two year warranty. Would recommend and will use again if needed.

David Harris was on time with his initial visit - he also came by during the install of our new patio to meet with the concrete crew and decide the best time/placement for the fence and gate (as they were being put into the concrete). He was very professional and cordial with my other vendors. He came as promised, let me change my mind (a few times!) about placement and swing of the gate and had it installed before I knew it. Looks great, very pleasant to work with and I would never hesitate to hire him again in the future. I had another vendor bid that was twice the price of Top Notch Fence, but I chose Dave Harris based on his old fashioned punctual and willingness to bid out the job in separate phases as our needs progress (as well as thinking the other guy was wayyyyy overpriced!!).

We looked for replacement fence for our home. Saw what we liked at Menards but they did not have it in stock and said it had to be ordered. Called SimTeck, the manufacturer, and they gave us contractor who has experienced with this product. All other companies we called did not install SimTeck or would not. The vinal-type fence is beautiful and resembles a stone wall. The product costs more than traditional wood fence and other vinal fences. But the specs on this is tremendous. Can withstand 100 mph objects thrown at it and has a lifetime guarentee. This was a deciding factor. Since we were having a new patio poured we wanted to wait for the fence to be installed until after the patio. Top Choice was wonderful. We ordered the fence and they kept it for us until we were ready for installation. Outside of a week of continuous rain which delayed the installation, Top Choice was very prompt in coming when scheduled. They were very quick, took out the old fence, cleaned up debris and got the new fence installed within one day, the longest was waiting for the cement posts to set up for them to put in the panels. The team was very professional and you could tell by watching them that they were very quality conscious and did not attempt to do easy short cuts. They build quality into the fence they put up. We would use them again without a doubt. Their labor costs was very competitive to what we researched, it was the cost of the fence that made this project a bit on the high side. But the quality was well worth it.a

It went great. We called David Harris on Thursday. He had recently retired from his part time work as a chemist. He has been in fencing for 45 years and is now doing that full time. David came to the house and gave me a quote within the hour. He was very knowledgeable and experienced. It was a very small job and most companies don't even install galvanized chain links anymore but David was willing, eager and ready to take on the project. We called him back the next day to ask him to do the job. It was finished by noon on Tuesday. He put the four end-posts in the ground with cement, tied down the bottom of the fence, and installed a wide gate. The top rail has frequent attachments to the chain link as well. He spaced the posts evenly and positioned the gate correctly. I was given his name by another fence company owner who no longer does galvanized chained links. I'm certainly glad we found Top Notch Fencing.

They were great. They came on time to do the work, and they left the steele posts in that were still in good repair and painted them so that they look nice and new again when they put up the fence.
