Description of Work: Touch up painting in 3 areas and drywall ceiling repair. Arrived late each day because of car issues. Work exceeded estimate of time provided upfront. Ceiling repair work shoddy.

Description of Work: Father and daughter painted one bedroom. They were quiet, very neat and industrious and a pleasure to have in our home. They arrived at 9:00 am and finished the 12X13 room by 12:00. Neither woodwork trim, door nor ceiling were included in the price. The walls came out beautifully save for a couple of spots were the nail holes still showed because they were not adequately prepped. | | |

Description of Work: Caulked areas that needed it before painting all the trim on the exterior of house, replaced a rotted board over porch, had to remove gutter to replace board, and got it all done in a day.

Description of Work: Great experience with Xtreme Painting. The crew did a great job, painted our master bedroom - ceiling, trim, windows, doors and walls - all in a day. Cost a little more than planned, as they exceeded the 8 hours, but well worth the extra expense. I would highly recommend.

Description of Work: I phoned leaving a message, letting them know the extent of my home painting needs, a few days later I heard back form Jason, we set up a time for him to give me an estimate on the work. He showed up on time gave me a written estimate, and said he would be able to get started this week on the work, he seemed very together and very interested in the work I needed to have done, I called leaving him a couple of messages one with additional questions the other telling him of additional work I would need for him to do in the room that he would begin with. He understood! and didn't seem to think it would be a problem. If the work was out of his comfort zone he should be professional enough to say, this is more than I'm capable of doing. That I can totally respect. he ended up being a no show, no call.

Description of Work: Jason of New Life Home Improvements did a very good job on the painting services. He and his staff painted the entire living room area, kitchen area and area that is a segway from the kitchen to the bathroom with a lighter color painted over another pre-existing lighter color. That area looks wonderful. Then, there was an entry area with a darker red color painted over with a slightly dark blue. Jason provided me an extra coat at no extra charge than the customary 2 coats when painting over the dark color could not be accomplished in 2 coats with good coverage. That was outstanding customer service on his part. | |For those enamored with hourly prices or daily deals, please keep in mind that when you price a job like I did with Jason, touch ups, extra coats all help you come ahead when you price it per job. Otherwise, you are just hoping your painter finishes the job within the BIG deal you got for X number of hours and then their regular rate will kick in if more work needs to be done. Just something to think through before you hire a painter. | |I would hire Jason in a heartbeat again.
