I received a free estimate from Michael, who cam early for the appointment and sent me an estimate in an e-mail. He also rescheduled with me and discussed the particulars of the job with me. His company offers environmentally friendly options in paints and they take care of caulking and wood repair prior to painting. The company is aware of moisture's affects on the lifespan of paint and will not paint until it has been dry for 48 hours. The warranty is wonderful and the professionalism outstanding. I need to get a couple more estimates before I say yes, but I feel it very likely that I will use this company to complete the job.
