Very well. The price was much lower than a competing quote, and the service was much faster. From pickup to delivery was less than three weeks. The pieces look great! In addition to the basic job, he added foam to the seat cushion and ottoman as well as replacing rollers for the ottoman. He explained to me how he looked for replacement rollers and why he chose the ones he did (keeping in mind what would work best for me, not what was cheapest). I'm very pleased.

Had a couple of bed rails that I wanted re-covered so I took them to TJ's. It took over a week to get a callback after leaving the items, and then they just asked questions that had been answered when I left them. Another week went by before I got an estimate. It seemed high, but I said to go ahead. Another 2 weeks elapsed before I called to check the status . . . I was told that they were waiting for me to tell them what color to use. Since this had been answered twice already, I felt that it was simply a standard excuse. Since I had already wasted a month, I picked up the items that day. While my project was pretty small ($2-300), and maybe not worth their time, I suspect that this may be one of those places where projects go to die.
