Description of Work: We bought a foreclosure that had been empty for 2 years. They trimmed and replaced shrubs. Put down top soil and seated yard. Cut down a tree and ground stump and replaced with a more suitable tree. Quality of work and trust worthiness are second to none.

Description of Work: Smith Scape took care of mulching and smoothing out our mulched landscape beds, which were bare. Tim came to the house and walked our property to familiarize himself with what we needed. The team came out and took care of installing and spreading 4 yards of bark mulch. Process went great and the landscape beds look like new.

 + 4 moreWe didn't use him this year but we've used him the last couple of years. He is very good in terms of recommending the right plants for the right places. He has access to good nursery stock. He is prompt and comes out when he says he will to do estimates. He has a good crew that he works with.
Description of Work: We used Smith Scape Landscaping to do some landscaping. He has done some planting and planted trees and bushes and moved some small trees. He has done some mulching and also did some design of a small landscape area next to our deck. On his last visit he did edging, installed a weed barrier, delivered and spread 4 yards of river rock, mowed and sewed a wild flower garden area in the backyard, delivered and installed timbers with back support, trimmed limbs on a pine tree and did hauling to the dump.

 + 2 moreTim came and did an estimate, scheduled the appointment and completed the work. We have used him before. He is a Purdue grad in landscaping. He can advise as to what plants work well in different parts of the garden, and he guarantees the stock.
Description of Work: In large yard, trimmed shrubs and hauled debris. Delivered & spread hardwood mulch. Sprayed & installed fabric over weeds by front corner of house. Removed two plastic ponds & hauled to dump. Fill in pond hole with topsoil and sowed with grass seed. Removed 2 junipers and ground stumps. Transplant burning bush to replace one juniper. Installed Little Henry bush to replace juniper. Dug edge around gazebo, kill turf and mulch.

 + -1 moreTim is a Purdue grad with a horticulture background. He is knowledgeable, dependable and reasonable. He is willing to work within customer budgets, and is able to provide good advice on types of plants, shrubs, trees that will complement a landscape. We would certainly hire him again.
Description of Work: Did landscaping next to a deck 10-15' long that included extensive mulch, 5 arborvitae, 2 flowering bushes and several potentilla; a flowering bush behind a goldfish pond; replaced 3 small bushes in front yard; and moved a small pine tree.
