The craftsperson contacted me, but I missed the message, and didn't read until the next day. I was at work when contacted. I received a same-day response, but I had to delay my project. I would consider Ray's again.

He was very polite and professional, as well as timely. He gave us fair estimates for the work and took his time to make sure it was done correctly. He also gave us advice for some things we could self-manage that he spotted to help us improve our home and save on cost by prevention and simple DIY. We were very pleased and will recommend his services and work to others, as well as call on him in the future should we find need of his expertise.
