O'RILEY WORKS

We moved into a new construction home with Hardie Plank siding 5 years ago. The painters hired by the builder spray painted the exterior as opposed to brush painting as recommended by Hardie and original paint job didn't last half as long as it should have.. Consequently, we were particular about the process. O'Riley had done work for a couple of our neighbors and came highly recommended. He showed up to quote the job on time, performed a thorough inspection, and pointed out several areas that I missed that needed special care. His bid was less then another conractor that I had contacted. I chose him because of the lower bid and the recommendation of my neighbor. He gave me a time plan to do the work and emailed me the day before to confirm that he would be starting the next day. The work was performed exactly as promised. The only complication was a mistake made by the paint store; right color but slightly different sheen...could hardly detect the diference. I wouldn't have noticed it if he didn't point it out. He went back for the correct paint and re-painted the door. I would rate him as the best contractor that I have used for any job.

It was great. They ran into a few unexpected problems but were able to move past them quickly. The house looks fantastic. I will definitely contact Pat when we need some additional work done.
