They have an independent crew that installs the floors. They do not use sub contractors. The crew was excellent, neat, efficient and on time. They knew exactly what they were doing. The sales staff was also excellent.

The work looks great. I have been pleased with their work.

Representatives from McCools came out and inspected and stated if manufacturer wouldn't replace then they would. The owner personally called to assure us that they would take care of our problems. McCools asked that we select a different style -- which we did and they ordered and replaced with no problems. The manufacturer's inspector contacted us several times but never followed thru with scheduling time for inspection. McCools replaced despite this.

Sales rep was extremely helpful and let me take as many samples home as I needed to. Not only did they do a great job installing the flooring, they identified an issue with the support of the floor and fixed it for me at minimal charge. I had noticed the floor seemed uneven, and it was, due to the support issue. Personnel were on time, courteous, and did a great job.

They were on time. Installation went well. Cleaned up most of their mess. They didn't vacuum the stairs and I recently found a small area on the stairs that wasn't attached. Overall good.

Material estimate was exact - not a single whole tile left over. Installation was top notch. The installer was excellant, on time and completed the work in the time estimated. I couldn't ask for a better experience.

I paid approximately $1500- $2,000. I talked with young man named Brad and he is very nice, knowledgeable, personable and helpful.

I went out and picked the flooring. The sales person told me the carpet I should use. The price included the top grade padding, product and installation.

The repair was a success. The istallers were wonderful.

The installation of carpeting and tile went very well. MCCOOL'S installers are thorough and careful. I appreciated the quality of their work!

The man that was going to come out and do the installation came out right away and measured and they helped us moved the furniture and they took away the old carpeting as well.

When I went into the sales floor and the sales man was very helpful. He took us right to the things that we were interested in and let us take some samples home and helped us make our decision.

I would highly recommend McCool's Flooring for any flooring need. We had vinyl flooring installed in two of our bathrooms October 14, 2008 and new carpet installed in our master bedroom October 15. Our experience using McCool's Flooring has been amazing. The contractors were on time, professional, personable, easy to work with, and willing to fit us into their schedule since we were pressed for time. We have used McCool's in the past. We would not entrust our flooring needs to anyone else. We are confident in the quality of their work.

We needed to replace old carpet in our bedroom. McCool's was wonderful to work with during the entire process. They gave us a great education on our carpet choices and worked with out budget to find the product we wanted. We worked with two members of the family who are both involved in this family owned business. The installers they used were very polite and clean and had the carpet installed in a couple of hours.

Brad McCool helped us pick out the right flooring for us. They worked the measurement and install into our schedule. They were all on time. The floors look great. Great experience.

The purchase process at McCool's was great. Not a high pressure sale, but questions on what we were looking for and approximately how much we wanted to spend. We were then offered a variety of options. Very knowledgeable and helpful. We set up a date for the measurement and then the delivery date. We did have a small problem on the scheduled delivery. I had called to verify the scheduled time and the date was not correct as stated earlier. I had already taken 1/2 day vacation to be there for the installation. Oops. With a couple of quick phone calls by McCool's, they had someone to install the carpet within 2 hours. They did a great job.

We were most pleased with the installer, Bill Ferrill. He was professional from top to bottom. He did a wonderful job and was very thorough. We would use this company again for future work and would also recommend this company to others.

They were professional, I was impressed with their facilities. I feel I got a good price on the carpet and installation. I would buy from them again.
