LANGFORD HARDWOOD FLOORS

We had talked to several companies and individuals for estimates on installation of this flooring and I'm glad we waited until we found Scott Langford. His price was reasonable compared to other estimates and his work was excellent. He and his crew of three came in and got right to work and got the entire job done in one day.

This company did the worst, most shamefully bad job of installing our floors. When we saw the awful job that they did, we were shocked that any company would leave a job that poorly done. These floors required a certain kind of nail and nail gun and we were assured that it would be done correctly. What they left us with was a floor filled with exploded holes all over the room filled sloppily with the wrong color of putty. It cannot be emphasized enough how shockingly bad of a job it was. Drexel had to replace half of the flooring using their in-house technician and it delayed our contractor for weeks costing us nearly a thousand extra dollars.

After providing estimate for replacing pet stained hardwood flooring boards, we established a date and time for the work to be done. No one showed on the agreed date and time. When I called Scott Longford's cell number, I left a voice mail message asking why they were not there. He called me back within a few minutes and said that he had personnel problems and that he was at an existing job. I asked to establish a new date and time and he said that he might be able to come to my location later in the day and that he would call me. He also said that he would do the job for $50 less. I guess that is easy to say since I have never heard from him since and that has been two weeks ago. This company is not dependable or honest.

They did an excellent job and the price was right. I have severe allergies, so they cleaned everything up nicely in all parts of the bedroom and adjoining bathroom. They also repaired 5 boards in our kitchen nook area. They just do excellent work.

He did a wonderful job. He is a nice person. I told him I have severe allergies and he was very concerned and took it into consideration when doing work, he was very conscientious of my needs. I am really pleased with the work. It looks really nice. I'm hoping to have him do more work for me down the road. He was very prompt and would call me to let me know if he couldn't make it. What really impressed me is that he was really concerned about my needs.
