They fixed a chipped diamond in my wedding ring set and did a great job - replacement diamond looked great.

I took a ring to be resized and a charm I wanted added to a charm bracelet. I took the jewelry in on a Saturday. I waited several minutes before anyone came to help me. There were no other customers and there was no sign of any employees. I was just deciding to leave and headed to the door when a gentleman walked in from the outside and came around the counter and asked if he could help me. After he showed up, then an employee from inside the store came out to the customer area. I was told it would not be ready until the next Friday. I thought that seemed like a long time, but they have a convenient location for me so I left the jewelry. I called on the next Thursday to see if the jewelry might happen to be ready. They said it was not ready and the "jeweler" would not be "in the store" until the next day - Friday. They stated I could pick up my jewelry on Friday after 1:00pm. I showed up at 5:00pm on Friday to pick up my jewelry. The employee seemed to have a hard time finding my packet. He looked in a couple different places, then he took a phone call while leaving me stand there. He finally found the jewlery. It was not completed- had not been touched since I dropped it off. I was told the jeweler had not came in on Friday. I would just have to come back next week. He stated, "I'm sure the jeweler will be here SOME time next week, but I don't know what day for sure, probably next Friday". They didn't even apologize and they had made no attempt to contact to let me know not to come to the store to pick up jewelry. I took the jewlery back and decided to take it somewhere else.

Jason is and Co are pros. I had a great experience visiting and getting my watch repaired. I have had my watch repaired for the same issue by multiple jewelry stores whom charged me much more for a fix that did not last. Jason and team took their time to repair my watch band correctly and for an extremely fair price. They have a great selection of jewelry and watches in house and are very knowledgeable on all of it. I also like that they can do lot so of custom work in house as well. I will be back!
