Description of Work: Lowes assigned this company for a garage opener installation. The installer who arrived was Barry Alt. His office number is 317-557-1319. He was, by far, the best installer I have ever encountered: Incredibly knowledgeable, worked quickly and left an impeccably a clean work space. If you ever need a service that involves a garage door (ie broken spring) or an electric opener, he is the person to call on. I first met him when he installed the new Lowe's opener (perfectly) and I called him back to reinstalled the old opener on a third garage door that was without one. He is not only a knowledgeable professional he is is an engaging individual, carefully explaining any question on the product's operation. Thank you, Lowes, for selecting him for our work.

+ -1 moreIt went very well. They were very quick and thorough. And they were helpful, giving me more information that would help me with my garage door in the future.
Description of Work: After bickering with a home warranty company and waiting forever for a response, I just wanted our garage fixed quickly. They were able to set up an appointment for that day. They showed up on time, completed the repair and even showed me some tricks to keep our door and opener in good shape in the future. I was very pleased.

Description of Work: The lights on my garage door opener would not go out. They quickly determined the electronic board that controls the lights coming on and going off was no longer functioning. A new board was installed.

+ -1 moreGood job! Barry Alt came out at the arranged time was quick, knowledgeable and personable. It took him about 30 minutes. My garage door sounds better and he showed me how to release it if I need to open it manually.
Description of Work: General maintenance on garage door after the winter, checked and oiled the spring and rails, etc., for the door. He told me the spring look pretty new and that was good to hear. I have owned my house for only 4 years and it sat empty for a while before I bought it.

Description of Work: OUR GENIE WAS NOT WORKING PROPERLY, SCOTT RESPONDED WITHIN 24 HOURS TO OUR PROBLEM. NOT ONLY WAS THE DOOR FIXED, BUT HE TAUGHT ME HOW TO FIX THE DOOR IN THE FUTURE, IF IT EVER HAPPENED AGAIN. THIS IS THE THIRD TIME THEY HAVE BEEN OUT TO INSTALL AND SERVICE OUR DOOR.
