I purchased the Big Deal for garage door tune-up. He came promptly at the scheduled time. He did the tune-up and also repaired the light on the garage door opener. I also chose to have him replace the rollers as well. All work was completed in a timely manner. I would recommend him to others.

I discovered a problem with our garage door after arriving home from work at 6:00 in the evening. I called Indy Door Guy and spoke on the phone with the owner/worker to describe my problem. While it wasn't classified as an "emergency" (no cars were trapped inside of the garage), after finding out that daytime appointments weren't ideal for me, he offered to come out that very evening. Thirty minutes after my phone call, Indy Door Guy was at my house. After diagnosing the issue, he gave us our repair-or-replace options. We opted to replace the eleven-year-old door springs. Less than 45 minutes after he arrived, he had replaced the springs (fixing the original problem) and tested the garage door opener to make sure it still seemed to be in good shape (and he said it was, with no attempt to get us to pay additional money to repair or replace the opener). The cost was as quoted, with no additional charge for the fact that he came out immediately and fixed the problem in the evening (still within his very generous business hours). We could not have been more pleased and will absolutely use Indy Door Guy for any future garage door issues in addition to recommending him to others.

Everything went well. They worked on a double door and it didn't take him long to do the work – approximately a half hour.

Well my wife had an appointment in two hours on a Saturday. Her car was in the garage, we hit the opener and it wouldn't open. I quickly saw the cables and springs were broken. The door was too heavy to manually lift. I contacted Larry and he told me it would be an hour and a half before he could get here. I explained our dilemma, and he looked at his schedule and said he could move some stuff around and would be here in 20-30 minutes. Sure enough he was here quickly, and before the wife was ready to leave, he was done, including adding a handy wireless key pad for the outside. Pleasant, efficient, quick and professional. Company sent out a service guy that had knowledge of product to install. The job started on time and was completed quickly. Garage door opener is working great and home owner is excited about it. Made us feel good that we were able to get our renter back on track with feeling at home with their rental property. Thank you.

Excellent service by Indy Door Guy. Larry was very friendly and professional. He provided useful information when comparing garage openers, and gave me exactly what I needed (instead of selling me the most expensive product). He provided service immediately without any delay. Prices were fair and also passed along a discount from the manufacturer. Highly recommended!

My garage door came off the track. I called to see about getting someone to come out as soon as possible to repair it. I spoke with the owner at about 7:46 am and he indicated he would be out in approximately 45 minutes. He showed up in 30 minutes. He was able to get the door back on track and it operates perfectly. He was prompt, he was courteous, and I would use him again without hesitation. I consider them a great company to work for.

I called and phone was answered by owner. Told him my problem , he told me he was between jobs and close to my house. He arrived in a few minutes and was polite and prompt in doing repairs.

Called Larry on Thursday and scheduled for him to come up Saturday to replace my garage door spring that snapped. Larry showed up on time and walked in with tools in had to get to work. Larry saw that I had already removed the garage door springs and went straight to his truck to get the new springs. Took him about 10 minutes to install the new springs then took about another 10 to 15 minutes adjusting my garage door. The best part about it was that Larry took the time to try and fix a part of the garage door that was bent. On top of that he made some adjustments to my opener itself. Also suggested that I get a new opener which I was thinking about already. Larry said to let him know when I was ready since he can find some that he could get a good price on. Said that he usually passes any savings from the manufacturer onto his customers which I really liked. I'm going to end up calling Larry in about two weeks to have him come up and install a new opener. I found my new garage door guy.

He was very nice and came out the same day. He told us what it would take and what he would do and explained it in as much detail as we wanted. We haven't had the work done by anyone yet but we will more than likely use Indy Door Guy.

Called on a Saturday morning. He answered and said he would call me back when he could pull off to get my information. He called right back and set a time for about 90 minutes later. He showed up as promised and changed the spring quickly. Also diagnosed that the opener would probably fail at some point and gave prices for that. Easy to work with, prompt - highly recommend him.

I called Larry in the morning, and he told me he was just finishing a job and that he could fit me in before some later appointments. He came right over and got started. he finished the spring repair in about 20 minutes(like he said), but noticed the door didn't roll so smoothly. I told him it had always been like that. He then took some extra time to adjust the tracks so the door rolled better .He also lubricated my other door. And he did these extra things AT NO EXTRA COST! if I ever have another garage door issue, there's no doubt I will call Larry at the Indy Door Guy. Awesome experience!

Larry was very professional. My garage door is quieter than it has been in years. I appreciate the fact he assessed my garage door, gave me an honest opinion and did not try to sell me anything I did not need right now. I highly recommend him!

Called him Wed. morning and he answered his phone.That is a very unusual but pleasant surprise these days. He said he could be at my house at 5 or 6 and would call 30 min before. He called me at 5:05 and showed up about 20 min. later. Gave me an estimate, we agreed on price he came the following day and installed my new opener and hauled away the old. Most businesses could take a lesson from this guy! Thanks Indy door guy!

My garage door just fell to the ground late last night. I phoned this company at 7 am this morning and he was here within 30 minutes of the call!! He was extremely professional, and the price was more than reasonable. His work ethic and philosophy are over-the-top outstanding! I will call this man every single time I have a garage door that needs repair or replacement.....wish he could repair all my home products\equipment!

Larry was very courteous and professional. He arrived at the arranged time and told me the repair would take about 20 minutes, which it did. He suggested I add a second spring to our garage door because of insulation weight, but I felt no pressure to do this. He isn't pushy at all. He told me what the new price would be, which was very reasonable. He also tuned and tightened everything, which had no extra fee. Larry is honest, friendly, and was able to quickly get our garage door working again. Definitely recommend!

I wasn't home, but my wife told me he was an awesome individual. She said " Make sure you leave him a good review! It would have been like one of our dad's coming out to fix it!" That means my wife really liked him and my wife isn't one to just say those type of things. I did talk to him on the phone to set the appointment up and he was super fast. He got out to our house in about two hours and did a good enough job to have my wife text message me back saying he did a good job! *ON A SIDE NOTE* Apparently he had to put his dog down this morning and still came out to my house to fix my garage door. I feel super terrible for him, as I am personally a dog owner and would have had to take the day off!!! Kudos to Larry for being awesome in that regard!

Service was excellent! Provider worked around my unique schedule to make sure our garage door was fixed in a timely manner. Great value for service provided. Would definitely recommend to anyone and will be using him for any further garage door repairs/service.

Garage door spring broke and locked in open position. Came out on a Saturday to help close and lock door. Returned on Monday to replace spring system and repair bracket. Very quick and fair with pricing. Did an excellent job.

Larry was wonderful...on time with a great product. He even came and fixed our broken door at no cost while we waited for our special order door to arrive.

Great. He was on time and charged exactly what he quoted. He even, on his own time and without being asked, swung by our house to make sure the color we chose over the phone would match our house. We had issues with our old door and he was always great to work with on those occassions. Even on a Friday night when our door came off its tracks he came over within 30 minutes to get it fixed so that it could close (which was important as it was one of the below zero January nights).

Our experience couldn't have been better. We called on a Saturday morning and he arrived within the timeframe specified -- an hour and a half -- and had the cable replaced easily within 30-45 minutes.
