Description of Work: He came out within a few hours of my call and replaced my springs in my door.He quoted me an accurate price over the phone and was very honest and helpful. I have used the company that says "Today...today" and they do not preform the work that day, they come back another day ready to do the work (unless its an emergency, I assume). Also the OTHER company charges huge trip fees. INDY DOOR GUY is fair, honest and reliable.

Description of Work: My garage door wouldn't open and their technician diagnosed a broken spring. After he started fixing the door he realized there was also a broken wire (?or something like that) so came and talked to me about how much more it would cost. He had the whole thing fixed in a short time. I also used Indy Door Guy when I needed a new garage door opener a few years ago. In that case, he showed up quickly, got the parts and installed everything including a new keypad outside which we didn't have before in a few hours.

He arrived promptly and quickly identified the issue as a broken garage door spring. He let my wife know the cost to replace the spring and had it repaired very quickly. I would use Indy Door Guy again in the future.

+ -1 moreOne of my torsion springs broke in the sub-zero temperatures with my vehicles inside the garage. The Indy Door Guy (Larry) put me on his long list and still made it here during his normal business hours. All of this happened on a day that saw some of the worst road conditions in years. He had the parts on his truck and in less than an hour, had me fixed up. I'll definitely have him back for another project that requires warmer temperatures.

+ -1 moreAfter a brief trip to the bank, came home and my garage door wouldn't open. I called Indy Door Guy, Inc. and he came within an hour after my call and knew what the problem was. He replaced the GMA Shaft Assembly and then checked to make sure everything else on the door was working properly. Now the door is working great. He was very professional and also his fee was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this company.

He showed up when he said he would and not only fixed the spring on the one door that broke, but also checked over all 3 doors and lubricated them for me with no extra charge. I would absolutely use him again.
