The process went well. Zach arrived on time, was professional and thorough!

We had Frye Electric come out to fix a light whose circuit was going in and out. The guy doing the work showed up very promptly and quickly figured out the problem, which was fortunately the simplest problem in that the switch had gone bad. Work was done in a professional manner and I have no complaints. Would certainly use them again in the future.

I received a call to let me know he was on his way. He explained what he was going to do and then showed me as he was doing it. I asked what the charge was going to be and it was slightly less. He was very professional and I would use this company again.

Scheduled for the following day. Very professional and responsive. However, I found another company that could come the same day. And since we had been without a dryer for a week, I went ahead and used the other electrician.

We had a great experience with this company. We choose three electricians from Angie's List and received three estimates. Brian from Frye's made me feel comfortable and confident in his knowledge of electrical work, especially canned lighting. Frye's price was the middle price. On the day of installation, everything went as planned with the living room and the hallway. However, it was discovered that a special type of canned light needed to be ordered for our family room. The price didn't change, just a delay in the installation. When the new lights arrived, they were intalled by Brian and another electrician. I love the lights and will use Frye for all of our electrical needs. They were fantastic to work with, gave us a very fair price and have knowledgeable and professional employees.

We had two electrical circuits in our home which failed. We called Frye on the afternoon of January 26, and technician Robert Slack was on the job first thing the next morning. He did a thorough job of troubleshooting, and identified and corrected the sources of the problem. He was extremely efficient and professional, as well as competent and experienced, and finished the job in a little less than two hours. I thought that the amount we were charged for the work was very reasonable. I will definitely use Frye for any future electrical needs, and I would recommend Frye to anyone else who requires the services of an electrician.

Dan and Julian were great. I was having problems with my breaker tripping when I plugged in my sweeper in the master bedroom. Dan explained why it was happening and recommended a solution. He and Julian went right to work fixing my breaker. One of the lights in the light bar in my master bathroom kept blowing light bulbs. Once again Dan explained what may be happening and fixed it. No more blown light bulbs! I was concerned there might be a problem with my kitchen outlets but fortunately there wasn't. I am very pleased with Frye Electric and would definitely use them again.

The technician came out and asked what year the house was made. He immediately went to all the bathrooms and visually inspected the outlets. After 5 minutes, he found a GFI outlet that had tripped. He pushed the reset button and was finished with the job. I am a little upset that they charged $118 for service when the technician was literally in the house for 5-7 minutes. I understand that they had to schedule a technician, but the price seems pretty steep.

I have used Frye Electric twice now and will continue to work with them in the future. They are very professional and responsive. They leave the work site clean, treated my family with respect, and overall just do a great job. Although I've had better price quotes, it's not by much, and this is a great company to work with.

Brian and Lee arrived exactly on time on Christmas Eve and went straight to work. They did an excellent job of verifying what we wanted done, were very polite and professional in completing the work and cleaned up when they were done. We plan on using Frye Electric again in the Spring to complete some additional work.

The scheduling process was quick and easy. Frye sent two electricians based on the scope of work. They arrived on time, answered our questions, and completed the work as requested. They confirmed each item was completed correctly and cleaned-up each work space. We were very impressed with Brian and his assistant Lee. We will use this company again.

Frye's sent Zach out that same morning I called. He worked through the evening to get it installed. The old load center was a rats nest - Zach was meticulous and the new wiring is neatly organized and a thing of beauty. It took longer to get the new load center into the limited wall space and with the wires coming in from the top and bottom, but he stayed until late in the evening to get everything done. He worked steadily - I finally told him at about 8 PM that I was buying him a sandwich for dinner. He was pleasant and cleaned up his work area when the job was done. Everything worked, no more circuit breaker hum and arcing and I know the neatness of the work will make it easier should we ever need something else done later. I would use Zach and Frye's again in a heart beat. Fair price, great service, excellent quality of workmanship, nice people.

Greg came right out and gave us a quote. Lights had to be ordered as soon as they came in the job was scheduled in less than a week. Jason came out and did the work and he did a great job. He really made sure he was doing exactly what we wanted. When the job had to change a little he came up with an option that was better than what we originally planned on. We had an issue with an outlet inside our house and Jason took the time to figure out exactly what the problem was. We have had 5 other electricians out to "fix" this outlet and none of them were able to get it fixed correctly. I would HIGHLY recommend Frye Electric. They did a great job and we will definitely use them again.

The kid was in and out in an hour; did a good job -it was 174$. I have always had good luck with them; they do good work, and they are very nice people, and they are reasonably priced.

We have had to have them come back several times because the can lights have died. They have always come back and replaced it so they have stayed true to their word. I think it was a manufacturer problem, but they have replaced it every time. It was pretty pricey, but we did not get any comparable bids.

They have good reviews on Angie's List and some other places I looked online. My interaction with them was good. They seemed very knowledgeable. They were fast and on time. Professionalism was fine.

They were great. Their rates were fairly reasonable. I didn’t get their last call but they have someone in the office to do a follow up call to see whether we like the service or not. They came just over the years and their somewhat close. They will give you an estimate before they begin. They gave me a time when their running late and I think they called. They’re really nice.

One of my circular florescent ceiling lights went out. I replaced the bulbs, but it still didn't work, so I figured it was the ballast. I ordered the ballast on Amazon (the online videos made the procedure look simple), and started to replace it myself. It wasn't as simple as it looked! So Robert, from Frye Electric, came out and installed it for me. It only took him 15 minutes! He showed me how to install it when the other light goes out, but I may still call Frye instead. Everything went well, and Robert was professional and right on time. I should have asked how much it would have cost if they had to supply the ballast, but I didn't. It's been many years since I hired an electrician so perhaps the price was fair.

Frye Electric made two trips to my home. On the first trip they took apart a ceiling fan that was not working, diagnosed the problem, and told me approximately what it would cost to fix it. I decided to buy a new fan instead, so they came back the next day and installed the new one. I first called on a Monday afternoon to ask for help, and they had someone at my home the following morning at 9 a.m. Service was excellent!

They were more than good, they were great!

We had a bunch of can lights in the basement that just stopped working. Sent an email via Angie's List late last night. I received a response around 8am today that they could come out today and take a look. They showed up during the scheduled time frame and were only here for a short time before they found the problem and corrected it. I was on the phone dealing with a delivery problem (unrelated) and they were very courteous and understanding as I tried to juggle paying them and my phone call. They were very professional - introduced themselves at the door with a handshake! Cost was less than we expected - what a blessing! HIGHLY RECOMMEND Frye Electric!

when I called the office I was greeted warmly and the information was taken in a professional manner. My appoint was set up within a 2 week period. Dan arrived on time and was personable and professional. I explained my house is pending a sale and I needed to update all of the plugs in the house. Since my home is 70+ years old ground wires were not code at that time but Dan was able to ground all of the basement outlets and a few plugs on the main floor. Dan did come back for a second appoint as the buyer requested all other plugs be changed to 2 prong outlets. Dan was on time and very professional. He answered all my questions and gave me suggestions on wiring for my next home. I will use Frye Electric in the future for my new home. They are reasonable in costs and I know the job will be done correctly.

Showed up on time, called before he arrived, very courteous, estimate was quick, simple and job was completed quickly. He cleaned up after himself, had to cut into ceiling and wall but you would never know, clean and neat cuts. Absolutely wonderful

They were great. The only thing for people to know is making an appointment through Angie's List made it great. I had an appointment within 15 minutes and I didn't have to pick up the phone, which is helpful sometimes.

Both the guys that came the two separate times were very nice and professional. We've used Frye several times in the past before using Angie's List, but happy to give them a review here. They've always been great to work with, and if you need electric work I highly recommend giving them a call.
