Description of Work: Replaced 9 light fixtures and added can lights in the kitchen. They showed up on time, answered all of my questions about placement, did their job well, and worked with me to reschedule a second trip because 3 of the lights didn't come in when they were supposed to. I would hire them again.

Description of Work: The estimate and follow up to schedule the appointment went well. An outdoor patio light was installed. The workmen who performed the work were on time and efficient. However, the workmen had very dirty shoes and tracked dirt into the house. Also, when I questioned an installation process, one seemed very frustrated with my question. Plus the light had multiple settings. I should have read about those settings prior to the installation, but I also think the installer could have asked me what settings I might like as he was installing. The next day I had to get out my ladder and adjust the light settings.

THEY WERE NOT ABLE TO COME OUT THAT NIGHT, BUT THEY WERE OUT HERE AT 8 AM. THEY MADE SURE THAT EVERYTHING WAS SAFE, EXPLAINED WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE, AND THEN DID IT. GAVE MANY OPTIONS ON WHAT I COULD DO THAT WOULD BE APPROPRIATE FOR MY HOUSE, FROM BASIC TO THEIR PREMIUM PACKAGE, THINGS LIKE THE MAIN POWER TURN OFF WOULD BE IN THE GARAGE INSTEAD OF THE HOUSE. THEY TOLD ME ABOUT THINGS IN A WAY I COULD UNDERSTAND AND WERE NOT CONDESCENDING IN ANY WAY.

THE REP WAS PROFESSIONAL AND PERSONABLE. HE WAS TECHNICALLY COMPETENT AND FOUND THE PROBLEM IMMEDIATELY.
Description of Work: I HAD ONLY PARTIAL POWER IN MY HOUSE AND A FRIEND ADVISED ME TO CALL FRYE ELECTRIC. THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE OUT BETWEEN 12 AND 4 THAT DAY AND THEY ARRIVED AT 3PM. THE REP DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM WITHIN 5 MINUTES. IT TURNED OUT IT WAS THE POWER COMPANIES PROBLEM. HE CALLED THEM TO REPORT THE PROBLEM AND THEY HAD A CREW OUT WITHIN 30 MINUTES TO RESTORE MY POWER.
