Very reasonable, prompt, charged what he said he was going to charge, etc until the last time I used him. I bought all the light fixtures myself. The price he was going to charge me was outrageous, but he changed his price, when I questioned him on it. He accepted 1/4 of the amount he was going to charge me. I told him I wasn't going to use him again. Through the years he was great, but this time it was really expensive.

Kevin Swihart came to give me an estimate on the job. He was very professional, but the estimate came in high compared to another company so I went with them. However, I would happily call them again to give an estimate on a future job.

They were excellent. There was an issue with punctuality but they had good reason for it and did call to let me know ahead of time. That was the only negative. I have used them before though and they were on time for that service so I don't think its a regular occurrence. Other than that I am very pleased.

Homeowner was changing outlets & switched in recently purchased 1930's built home. Smelled smoke and felt didn't connect correctly. When electrician arrived. He realized it wasn't that & thoroughly examined house and discovered a fire in the attic caused by a short in old style metal conduits and firefighters arrived and put it out with rather mild (for a fire) damage.

Frye came to investigate the blown switch, rewired where necessary, and checked other problem areas in the house. They were very friendly, prompt, and completed the work at a fair price.

They were very responsive because they came out 90 minutes after I called. They came out right away because it was an emergency. They worked quickly, efficiently and professionally. I recommend them. They cleaned up all of the debris and I was happy with them.

It went alright. They were here the day after I called. They were on time. They were very professional and cleaned up after themselves. I would use them again if needed.

They arrived on time to do the work. I would not use them in the future. The quality of their work was bad. I would not recommend them. I felt that they could have been more professional while they were working. They were not very careful while they were working. They did some damage to a water pipe while they were cutting places for the electrical to go.

Keith and Lee showed up right on time to correct bad wiring done years earlier by a now-defunct contractor. It took searching in a damp crawl space to discover where the problem was. They fixed the problem in short order and happily accepted my Angie's List coupon.

Very well. I did not ask them to install the ceiling fan but they put it up anyway and they still came in under estimate.

Overall they experience was good. They did show up w/ in 1/2 hr of when they said they would. They estimated the full cost would be less than $1,000 but due to the larger service the final cost was $1400. The contractor was pleasant and helpful and worked well w/ the IPL linemen working to repair the power pole and the lines. They also refunded to the the cost of the materials for the temp service since they took those materials back with them. The one item that I did not like about the work is that the prior service was placed on a divider board (a 2x4 attached to the house) and the new service is attached to the house. Due to this I can hear the "hum" of the electricity when the heat is running on that wall in the master bedroom.

Extremely please with over the phone service and with the in house service, they even reminded me about the Angie's List discount. Kurt was extremely professional and presented many options and let me decide on what exactly I wanted done.

Frye's arrived on time with 2 employees. They were very conscientious and wanted to take off their shoes even though they appeared very clean. They carefully listened to me describe my issues and immediately knew what the problem was with my power. They also determined that my lighting problem was due to my light switch. After resolving my power issues they wired my attic fans in claustrophobic conditions. I have hired other electricians and so far Frye is by far the best. I called their manager after they left to make sure they get credit for a job well done. Also, I will look to Frye's first before hiring another electrician.

Bad storm previous day had toppled tree onto wiring to house and smashed weather-head. When power was restored, I had only 1/2 of the house w/electricity. IPL diagnosed problem but said I needed an electrician. I called Frye and they told me they could get to me that same day. They called before they came, proceeded to do the work needed. My only complaint would be that they needed a saw that made circles or something other than a sawzall to cut opening for new riser that part of the job is very crude. Other than that, everything seems fine. I rec'd my Angie's List discount.

They took out the dimmer switch and replaced it with a regular switch. Everything was wonderful.

I called early in the afternoon and they had someone out by mid afternoon. Overall it went well, although it did take what seemed like a long time to trouble shoot. He called in others to assist him and he apologized for the time it took. But in the end it was fixed. They took time to explain to me what had happened and answered all my questions.

A visit was scheduled for a certain day between 1:00 to 4:00, and the actual visit occurred that day from 2:30 to 3:00. Chris Fisher and his assistant diagnosed the problem as an improperly wired wall switch (two wires reversed), and switched the wires into their correct positions. They finished installing the light fixture, and checked the wiring in the remaining bedroom to ensure the problem didn't exist twice.

Two electricians Sam and Cory came to my home well within the time they were scheduled. They were professional and accomplished the work in a timely manner. The cost was very reasonable and I was extremely happy with it. I will definitely have them back in my home when the need arises. Excellent in every way.

Everything went well (other than they showed up at my home rather than the rental where the work was to be done). New guy on the job. New paperwork for him - understandable. He followed me to the correct location. A second technician arrived. Both worked together and located a couple of problem areas that were resolved. So far, all is working well - now!
