Had two separate calls with them, one for broken circuit coming into an electric dryer and one for a dead circuit leading to outside outlets. They fixed both promptly and below initial estimates. They had the opportunity to do extra work and charge me for it but explained the true situation and saved me a lot of money.

The crew worked efficiently and fixed the problem for me. They were very friendly and answered all of the questions I had in a helpful manner. I was a little disappointed that the earliest they could come out was two days from when I called, but the work was done well when they arrived.

Serviceman came out and had to figure out how wires ran in the dining room light wiring. Once he figured out which wire was hooked to which switch, it went pretty fast. Serviceman was very polite.

They showed up right on time, were very professional, and did a good.

There was some confusion about the work to be done. We had asked for both garage door openers to be reconfigured, but the quoted price was for only one. After clearing up the communication error, we went ahead and had them do the work. Sam, the electrician on the scene, was efficient and professional. There was no wiring in our attic, so he had to run new wiring from an existing circuit to the attic, then installed the two sockets. The work was done well, on time, and he was even friendly to our "barky" dogs. Except the estimate snafu, everything was great. Other companies gave us estimates for both openers that were only slightly higher than Frye's estimate; we might not have gone with Frye otherwise.

They were great! They were quick and prompt to the estimate. Their price was so much better then anyone else that we spoke with. I think we'll be going with them and I would recommend them based on the experience I've had so far.

They were able to send someone out within two days of my call. The repairman came out at the very beginning of the time window I had been given. He quickly made the repair and explained clearly what needed to be done.

It took 3 visits to fix the fans. We were told after the first visit, that we would be contacted in 2 to 3 days to OK placement of an order for replacement parts from the supplier.(to make sure that the price of the parts was OK with us). After 7 days I called to determine the status of things. I was told that the order had ALREADY been placed and that I would be contacted about the next service visit. When Frye called back later that day, I was told that the order had not been placed. I OK'd the order and set up another service visit. When the technician arrived, it was determined that the new fans were the wrong size. Ultimately, it was determined that parts could be used to fix the existing fans and that new fans would not be needed. However, when it came time to pay, I was told that the charge would be as if we had purchased and installed new fans as opposed to fixing the existing fans with new motors. This price issue was ultimately resolved after indicating that I should not be asked to pay the cost of new fans.

The vent fan was installed without issue, but there was a large gouge left in the drywall where a screw driver came off the switch plate while they were placing the plate back. While switching out the dining room light switch, the technician blew a fuse, and the light switch he had with him. Because he only had one switch with him this led to his having to go back to the shop to get another switch, which took an additional hour.

They have done an excellent job. The same guy always comes out so that he knows the past history of the house. Everything they have worked on is working great.

Due to Angie's List book we contacted Frye Electric to give us an estimate on the above work. Shannon came and presented us with a typed quote from his computer. Then arranged for the 30 amp lione to be installed today 9/05/08. 2 gentlmen showed up right on time, in fact we received a phone call saying they were on their way (there was a 4 hour window of opportinity) but they were almost right on the dot of the first hour. Two electricians Keith and Kurt did the work, they are extremely proffessional, freindly and explain how they are going to accomplish the project. To be quite truthful they a two fantastic reps of Frye Electric. Maggie answers the phone at Frye's and seems like she is always smiling and glad to direct you to the right people. Mike schedules and is extremely co-operative in making sure time slots fits the customers needs. Shannon the estimator even helped me to get the corrrect piece of equipment while we talked on the cell phone after hours. Frye Electric is from now on our electric company and our hats of to them. Most importantly their estimate is there price. BY the way they did both jobs the same day. That was not expected.

My daughter's attic caught fire from faulty wiring. We hired Frye Electric to come out and replace all the wiring in the house. They did a great job. They were very professional, and prompt. We had no problems with them and would call on them again if needed.

He was very prompt and very kind. I had already had a company come out saying the breaker needed to be fixed, but he said it didn't really need to be fixed.

It went excellent. We look forward to using them in the future if we need any electrical work done. They were very professional and knowledgeable. Their price was very competitive.

I was satisfied with their work. I only paid them to install the ceiling fan. I had used them before, and I would use them again.

Kurt was very nice and waited while I called the power company and spoke to them on my behalf to tell them exactly what the problem was. The price seemed high to me for only being here for 30 min. and not really having to do any repairs plus there was a $9.50 fuel charge.

They were very professional and knew what they were doing. The job was done on time. He was very personable and explained exactly everything he was doing.

Kurt and Keith did a great job. They were punctual, professional, explained what they were doing as they did it and were able to create only 1 extra hole in the plaster to run the wire instead of the 3-4 they thought they might need. They were concerned about keeping the sink and vents covered also swept and vacuumed the area before they left.

They were very prompt in sending out an electrician. They tested the circuits and the breaker, the went hunting for a GFI breaker. They said that depending on the age of the home and the local codes at the time of building it, a GFI breaker may not be anywhere near the circuit that had tripped. They discovered a tripped GFI outlet in the bathroom at the opposite end of the house. Resetting that breaker repaired the problem. I had no idea that a GFI outlet breaker at the opposite end of the house could affect a garage circuit. Crazy!

They very knowledgeable and they seemed to be very honest. They didn't try to talk me into doing unnecessary work.
