Frye Electric Inc

I called Frye Electric on Monday december 21 at 1 pm, and asked for an appointment. They scheduled it for the next morning between 8:30 and 9:00 am. At 8:25 the truck from Frye's arrived with two great electricians, Ray and Brian. They had me explain what work I wanted them to do and showed them were everything was. They then started taking down the old lights and then put together the new ones and mounted them. ray then installed the dimmer switch and explained about switched sockets and checked it to make sure it was working correctly. By 10 am they were done with the electrical work and had cleaned up they area they worked in. The lights work great and we now can use the switched socket. the 3 gang switch box was repaired and is now usable. They did a great job!

It wasn't a big deal. It was a service call. I would use them again in the future.

The service was very good. He was very nice electrician and was very informative. He knew quickly how to resolve my problem and what was causing it. I recommend Frye Electric.

The work turned out fine. I will be contacting them in the Spring for future work.

I like them. I used them because of the combination of budget and when they could come out. It worked for me. I live in an older house. One guy came out and seemed like he was good at figuring out what was going on with my electricity.

When I called to make the appointment for the install I made it clear this was a 2 story great room, the gentleman on the phone gave me an approximate quote, which I felt was fair and made an appointment for a quote/ install. They were punctual but were unsure once they saw the location whether they would be able to do the install because the ladder would barely be high enough. They did do the install and I forgot to ask about the firm price and it ended up being more than I was quoted on the phone. Didn't argue just paid because it was kindof my fault for verifying the price.

We were very happy with this company. They were very courteous, professional, and on time. We definitely plan to use them again in the future.

They were professional, responsive and punctual. The quality of their work was good and I was satisfied with their service.

There were 2 that came out and gave me a free estimate. They got up in the attic and looked. It was a very detailed job which they knew from me telling them that. He gave me an estimate of $456.00 and said that someone will call me that afternoon to set up a time to do the work. They came out when they said they were going to be there and did the work and it was done in 2 hours. They cleaned up their area where they worked and gave me a receipt. They were very courteous and I would highly recommend them.

This was our first time to deal with them and the experience was positive. The man that came was very knowledgeable and I felt like he was educating me while he explained.

Everything went fine. The electrician arrived on time and worked efficiently. Although they don't really do estimates, he finally gave us a ball-park figure for installing new light fixtures in our front hall and dining room.

It went very well. They were quick to respond, very professional, cognizant and empathetic of our situation, and educating.

I was quoted a price over the phone and job was scheduled in 2 days. Excellent work - Sam Allard, the electrician found a way to run the wiring without exposed conduit. Price was reasonable and job well done!

The gentlemen from Frye Electric arrived within the scheduled time. They introduced themselves in a courteous manner and asked what was needed to be done. Upon being shown where the outlets that needed upgrading were, they immediately started to work. They explained to me what they would be doing and explained that there might be a problem if the outlets were not grounded. Fortunately they were.I was given the choice of what color of cover I would prefer. Work on the receptacles was completed within 20 minutes. While one of them finished doing this, the other gentleman looked at the kitchen light and was able to spot the problem almost immediately. It took him just a few minutes to correct the problem and to explain to me what it had been. He was very courteous in giving me the information and how to avoid it again. No trash was left anywhere. These two gentlemen completed the job in a timely and courteous manner and I would gladly call this company another time if needed.

Sam and Brian showed up on time for the job and were very professional. They installed the two circuits and also gave me some additional advice on work that could be done in the future, however was not an immediate concern.

They provided excellent service and the electrical technicians took time to explain what they were doing and what needed to be done. They were very professional in their response.

It went great. When I scheduled the appointment, I was told the electrician would arrive between 1:00 p.m and 4:00 p.m. He arrived around 2:10 and was finished by 2:50. He was very friendly and polite, and suggested a different location for the outlet (which I had not considered) which would save me a little money. He was also very tolerant of my dogs as he is a dog owner as well.

The electrician, Cory, arrived well within the time window I was provided. He worked steadily from start to finish and did a quality job. I will definately call them again if I ever have electrical problems.

Used this company 3 years before and was happy. Spent a day installing two new circuits, convection heaters and 10 outlets and charged me $995. No comparison to what the simple, quick job cost on 6/1.

It went well, showed up on time, got the work done. Very professional.

On Sunday afternoon part of the electrical power in our house went off. After a few minutes it came back on. We didn't know what had happened, but thought no more about it since it was working again. Then on Monday it happened two more times for no apparent reason. When it happened once again on Tuesday, we knew we had to call in an electrician. Since Frye had done good work for us in the past, we called them mid-afternoon on Tuesday. We explained the problem, and they sent a truck out right away. They arrived within a half hour of our call, quickly ascertained the problem, and had it fixed within a half hour.

Asked Frye's to check out all electric connections to the house, the main electrical panel, and the electric grounding. Everything checked out okay. Service rep spent quite a bit of time checking out circuits.

Called Frye electric on 6/8/09 explained that I needed an electrical outlet switched out for a tanning bed. Was told they could be at my home the following morning between 8-9am. Electrician arrived just before 9am, extremely courteous and professional. He went straight to work and was able to switch the outlet within a matter of minutes. Brought my paperwork up and explained in detail what he did. Awesome job!
