He arrived on time, gave me an estimate, and completed the work. He ran into difficulty with both fixtures, but was able to solve both problems promptly, and completed the job within the estimate.

They were very responsive to my call, returning my call very quickly over a holiday. They were able to come in and repair the items within 24 hours of my call. It was great, I was very happy with the service.

Mike scheduled the work on a date I requested. Kurt and Brian arrived on time and started by measuring for correct placement. We discussed my preferences for location and color of receptacles. Kurt needed to go to the store to buy some of the supplies and left Brian to begin the work. Kurt corrected one plug that should be GFI. They cleaned up nicely afterward. Everything looks great and ready for the next phase of our kitchen renovation. Kurt and Brian were prompt, efficient, friendly, and professional.

We received a detailed estimate with several options of prices and products. The person who emailed me the estimate was helpful and recommended light of at least 130 W. We choose the option with LED lights to cut back on maintenance. The lights were very nicely installed in one day. The electrician in charge of the installation was grudgingly helpful when it came to adjusting the lights. We were somewhat disappointed because the lights did not shine as brightly as expected, and did not illuminate as much territory as expected. So, we will need to add more lights at a later date.

Electricians arrived right on time. Began and ended with the light fixture. Wiring was fine. Replaced regular bulb with flourescent one that will more effectively handle electrical fluctuations. They explained that power companies have increased the amount of voltage coming across the wires causing fluctuations in the voltage coming into homes. Too many fluctuations exceeding the voltage listed on a bulb or other item will eventually cause it to burn out. Apparently, flourescent bulbs have ranges of voltage that they can accept rather than a set limit like incandescent bulbs do. Their website had a coupon for free visit charge which in my case, reduced my bill by almost half. Ultimately, it cost me $50 to have a light bulb changed! But my peace of mind is worth it.

Frye came out four times but finally the light was repaired. Miscommunication within Frye caused a lengthy process, but ultimately the owner called and offered to repair the problem at no charge. I was very frustrated by the initial experience but impressed that the owner checked Angie List reports and took action to satisfy his customers.

I called Frye and within a couple of days they were able to get me scheduled. The technician was very friendly. He was on time and finished in 90 minutes. The ceiling fans & lights both look great!

Evening before, while preparing dessert in oven, discovered top of stove too hot to touch - had never had a problem with this stove before. Concerned about fire hazard (previous stove had also overheated) and wanted to rule out electrical problem at stove plug. Thursday morning (about 9 a.m.) called to request service, was told someone would be out before noon. Kurt arrived approx 10:30 a.m. He was courteous, efficient and friendly. He was careful when pulling out stove to not scratch floors. He pointed out plug, inside oven connections, area under the top, and the insulation to reassure me that there was no sign of fire. He cleaned up dust and dirt behind stove while it was out. He suggested we call appliance repairman to determine cause of problem.

It went ok. They did fix the problem, but it took them a lot longer to find the break.

Very friendly and worked hard. I would use them in the future.

Excellent. The men were very considerent and doubled checked to make sure everything was installed properly. They did a great job cleaning up and made sure that I understood how things worked. They also pointed out that I had purchased the wrong type of bulbs for one of the fixtures (would have been too hot) and recommended the type to get.

They came out promptly when we called. Very polite and professional technician.

Technician (Kurt) arrived in the time frame provided. Performed the jobs required in a quick and efficient manner. Very professional and even took some time to teach me exactly how to wire other outlets/switches that may need repair in the future. Also, shown why the incorrectly wired switches were not done right and provided a detailed explanation on how to fix. Will definitely use again as expectations were met.

The electrician who responded to the call was great. He was very knowledgeable, gave me good information, but didn't waste time. He found some hidden issues quickly and resolved them. The entire experience was great with one modest exception. I asked the electrician for an estimate of some other work that was not mandatory but that I might have done in the future and he provided it. However, I later received a written more formal version of the estimate from the company a few days later and there is a reference on the formal estimate about requiring 70% down in advance. I don't pay any contractor 70% down in advance for anything so that is my only hesitation with them on that issue. I am not ready to consider the other elective work so I have not contacted them to inquire about the 70% advance reference to resolve questions I have about that.

Service was great. I called earlier in the week and scheduled the appointment for Friday. I was given a range that the electricians would be here between. On the day of the service, Frye called and asked if performing the service earlier would be alright. Shannon and Lee showed up, reviewed the areas of where the work was to be performed and completed the job perfectly. The old electrical boxes from the lights had to be removed and new ones installed to support the ceiling fans. Shannon installed the new boxes in a way that no additional holes had to be cut in the ceiling. The work was performed flawlessly and in a very short amount of time. I will use them again for all future electrical work.

The scheduling person I spoke to over the phone was very polite and helpful. She took a detailed description of my problem and worked with me on a good time for the service call. The electrician arrived on time and was very thorough with diagnosing the problem. It took him about 20 minutes to figure out a rather complex problem and another 15 minutes to fix it. He was very thorough with follow-up making sure everything worked OK before he left. I have used this company twice so far and have never been disappointed.

The first week that we had this scheduled was a bad snow storm so they were not able to get there, but the second week even though they said they would be there between 11 & 3 they did not show up until 4:30. Which made things interesting when my company arrived at 5:30 and they were still installing the fan.

They were timely and came out when the appointment was scheduled. They were willing to work with our budget, and they were very up front about pricing. I would give them A's across the board.
