They came out on time. They corrected a problem made by the previous electrician. It cost less than the previous service provider and it all went very well.

They were excellent! They arrived timely, cleaned up after themselves, and answered any questions we had. They walked through after completing the installation to ensure everything was functional. A very positive experience.

Kurt was very professional and thorough. He was determined to find the problem and we were impressed that he found it so quickly. We thought it may come to just putting in a brand new line. The only issue we had was that he was here for a little more than an hour and the main office wanted to charge us for an hour and a half. Apparently they bill by the 1/2 hour so if you go over just by minutes, then you're billed for the half hour. I called the office and spoke with Michael and he was very nice and lowered the amount as a courtesy which we really appreciated.

I had a new double range oven delivered from hhgregg. However, upon installation, we found out that the back of these double ovens do not have room for a typical electrical outlet directly behind the range and due to that, the oven stuck out 4-6" from the wall. It was horrible - not only did it stick out from the wall, it made it sticWith my old oven, there was a large space at the bottom to hide the plug and cord, but the new oven is flush and nowhere for plug & cord to go. I was faced with the decision of returning the oven and getting a different oven, or come up with a creative way to get extra space - either recessed into the wall or to the side in a cabinet. I called Frye on a Wednesday morning. They knew exactly what I was talking about. The person who gave me the estimate even asked if this was from hhgregg - he had seen it before and knew exactly what to do. They offered to come out the next day, but we decided on Saturday between 8:30 and 9:30. Instead of showing up at the tail end of the range, Kurt was here at 8:40 and finished at 9:10. While the cost was a little high, I was willing to pay that amount due to the quality of work I knew I would receive. I wasn't disappointed! You get what you pay for, and with Frye, you get quality. I might have been able to find less expensive, but why? So I could have someone show up late, possibly perform less quality work, and end up unhappy? Bottom line for me is that Frye knows Electrics and I'll be over them again!

The work done by Frye Electric Inc Company turned out to be fantastic. I was very happy with them. I don’t have anything negative to say about them. I thought that they were very good with their quote. They were very punctual. They did good work. I would use them in the future if required.

We used them during the sale of our old house and they did a very good job. I didn't deal directly with them but I know that they were very efficient and very prompt. They were very quick and did a good job. We were very pleased with them.

They did very good work. They were very professional. They gave a senior discount or they had coupons online that I could use and told me whichever one was greater I could use, I saved $50. They were easy to work with, and very easy to make appointments with to work with my schedule, and that meant a lot. They did not try to push anything on me. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future.

The work on this remodel was done over a two day period. The electricians were punctual, polite and professional. The home is old, which can pose problems electrically, but the Frye folks were unfazed by this. They worked with the other contractors who were here to problem solve an issue and gave me good adivce leading to a decision. Overall, a very good experience.

My overhead kitchen lights stopped working on a Monday morning. I called Frye Electric that day and scheduled an electrician to come to my house the next day. He arrived on time, diagnosed the problem and fixed it right away. The whole service call lasted about 25 minutes.

Frye Electric Inc Company did a fine job. Everything they did was good quality work. Their customer service was good. They gave me an estimate over the phone. I don?t know if their price was good because I didn?t shop around. I would use them in the future

They got here quickly. Work done quickly and without problem. Had a good coupon to help on the price. Service person did good job and would use again.

When I called on a Friday, they came on Monday. The technician called in the morning regarding my issue, and diagnosed on the phone, and must have went to pick up the photocell prior to arriving. It took about 10 minutes to replace. Very nice technician.

Kurt arrived and had the furnace hooked up to the box in minutes. He looked at a circuit in the home that hadn't been working for two years and promptly found a bad neutral. THE GUY KNOWS HIS STUFF!!! Price for both the box work and the circuit was less than the original estimate. I was a very happy man. I would absolutely work with Fry again but I would request Kurt by name. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly.

They did all kinds of work to help me get the outdoor light fixture reconnected. They have also done receptacle work for me several times. My roof is leaking and water is coming in on the wall that my computer and electronic equipment is on. I called Frye electric and he spent about 30 minutes on the phone with me helping me get the power for that wall turned off. Everybody I talk to there is just wonderful. Micheal and Sean are always incredibly helpful.

Frye Electric's phone quote for installation of a generator transfer switch was $650. After completion of the work, I was given a bill just shy of $1,000. The transfer switch that Frye installed retails locally for $350, yet their charge for this item was approx $800. When I called to question this markup, their response was that this was an appropriate markup. The local retailers for this part have included a markup in their price - so an additional 228% markup seems incredibly unreasonable. Frye's response is not accurate and another example of Frye's misleading statements , I was given the quote of $650 and accepted/scheduled during the same phone conversation. No where in any conversation with Frye or the service technician was I informed of a price change or overtime charges. Finally, I thought that it was the customer that decided whether the service provider whet above and beyond - unfortunately - this customer does not believe this.

I like the man that came. He did a great job of troubleshooting. He gave me a handwritten estimate for additional work I was considering having done. The company sent me a formal typed version and it said you have to pay 70% down and I would not pay that up front for a job that is not done yet. The printed estimate with the payment requirement was the only thing I did not like. I have not addressed that with their management yet and I would resolve that before I had the work done. If they weren't willing to change that I would not have them provide work. The gentleman did not waste my time or money. He was quick to troubleshoot and find the problem quickly. Some of those troubleshooting issues are hard but he had the knowledge to find it quickly. He had a service trip charge and an hourly rate. He was so efficient that I did not pay much. I appreciated that. I liked him and he was personable. He listened to my concerns and was responsive.

We were having issues with our electrical service that were increasing in frequency. When various appliances would turn on, the lights in our house would flicker or dim. Frye Electric determined that the connections at the meter were old and corroded. They also found the main breaker needed to be replaced. At their recommendations, these repairs were made and it completely alleviated the problems we were having.

Company provided quote over the phone and scheduled an appointment quickly. Servicemen arrived on time. Despite the height of our two-story foyer the servicemen completed the work quickly, safely and professionally. They even took time to box up the old lighting fixture! Would definitely recommend and use this company again.

After replacing the microwave oven, it went out again and I contacted Frye again. The technician Kurt came to my home and did a thorough test of my electrical outlets through out the house. He discovered a tripped breaker from the generator panel. He determined that there was a possibility that my Kitchenaid microwave was not defective after all and Frye Electric waived all charges.

Requested quotes from 3 contractors. Frye was very responsive and answered all follow-up questions promptly. Quote was reasonable. Work was excellent. Master electrician did a wonderful job as did the supporting electrician and helper. Provided good guidance on positioning of recessed lighting. Meticulous in detail and explained things as we went through the work. Excellent clean up and customer service. Plan to use their services again. Recommended to others.

On 12/7/10, Brad arrived on time. This had to have been the coldest day of the year! He worked out in the bad weather (only taking breaks to get warm). Some of the lights had to have new switches installed, but others could work off the old switches. Most of the work was done very promptly. Since my home is older, there were some definite challenges for Brad. On the back of my house, there didn't seem to be any power coming to the existing fixture. Brad had to fish out a usable electrical line. He did a great job and in no time the light was installed. The next challenge came with the fixture to be installed on the west side of the house. Since the power for this unit would come from my attic, Brad once again had to find a proper connection from somewhere in my attic. Once all the lights were installed, Brad made sure they were working before he left. He did have to come back out on 12/10/10 because the light on the west side of the house stopped working. For some reason, there was no longer any power coming from the connection to the fixture. Previously, it had worked ok. He ran a connection from another room (study) to fix it. Before he left, he once again checked to make sure the lights were set properly. He also left his cell phone number in case we had any problems. I am very happy with my new lighting. I have the option of turning everything off or just letting the lights come on or off from dusk til dawn if the motion detectors sense anything. The lights can be adjusted to more or less sensitivity and they can be set to "test" or to stay on longer. This is the best customer service I have received from a company in years!

JC arrived on time with all materials needed for job. His work was neat (he even tidied up the wiring leading in and out of the electrical panel), and he was willing to answer all the questions I had. Quoted price was considerably better than what another company had quoted, and they honored their quote.

When call was made to Frye, the people were very personable and profesional.and accommodating. The tech arrived on time. The tech was friendly and efficient. Was given advice for future projects. The entire experience was pleasant and would definitely use them again, and recommend them to others.
