I take alot from the first call/contact with a company. It went well. They gave me the appx cost and how it worked as to doing work or not. They were able to come on Saturday with charging some extreme cost The technician( Brandon i believe) went right to work. Was curtious, neat and organised. Maybe here a couple hours, he found the problem.

We received several estimates, and Frye Elec. came in almost $5000 below the other estimates. They did NOT find any reason to charge me more than what they had originally estimated. The gentleman (Sam and Pete) that were sent to work on our house were wonderful. They called when they said they would call. They were on time every day. They were very friendly and even fun to work with. They explained everything so that we would understand what was going on. They were able to make suggestions when necessary. Initially, it was stated that the job would take four days. Unfortunately, because we live in an old house making for a few stumbling blocks, it did take approximately one and a half days longer to finish. I had anticipated that might be the case so it came as no surprise. Luckily this did not cause any issues as I am able to work from home when necessary and didn't have to take time off of work to be here for them to get the work done. A couple of days after the job was completed, we had an issue with some outlets. They were quick to get out to the house, diagnose, and fix the problem right away. As big of a job as it was, having a small issue did not surprise me either. I will make one recommendation to Frye Electric. They need to require their workers to wear those booties over their shoes to protect flooring. It was not an issue for us as our flooring is going to be replaced. But, for a homeowner not replacing, it could be a concern. If I need any electrical work done in the future, I will use Frye, and will request Sam and Pete to do the job! I will also recommend them to friends and family.

They are professional, on time, gave me a decent price and showed up when they said they would.

Provided several options for me to choose and showed me what it would look like when completed. Arrived on time and did what they said they would. Very satisfied.

I was happy with their work installing my 300 amp breaker box so I had Fry back to add more circuits to make use of it. They waited for siding to be removed by Aztec siding and then ran wiring to two new circuits in the kitchen, in fact at each quad outlet the left and right side outlets are each a different circuit! No more problems running the microwave and toaster at the same time. They ran a cable race from the garage to an upstairs bedroom so that I could feed network, cable and speaker wires with ease and added new circuits to the garage for use with power tools and a compressor. Again quad outlets with two circuits, one 12/3 cable run, excellent. Then they signaled they were done so the insulation crew could fill the walls with foam. This was why I had the electrical done now when it would be exposed and easy not foamed in. They did some extra work too when that went quickly.

They arrived on time and worked well with the IPL crew to get my power up after removing the aerial wires and switching to the new underground 300 amp wires. Inside the new box went in quickly and wires were distributed well between the two boxes. I kept the 100 amp box for lights and wall outlet runs to the living room and study; all appliances and heavy duty outlets were routed to the new 200 amp box.

It was a pleasant experience. On top of repairing what they were scheduled to come out for (checking out our circuit breaker and troubleshooting), they also replaced a light fixture in our pantry and repaired a bad outlet. Good experience and would use them again if necessary.

Just fine, simple job, nicely done and another good experience with Frye.

They came when they were supposed to in spite of the fact that I had written down the wrong day. I called because I thought they were a no show and spoke with a lady; she was so sweet about that incident even though I was a pain. I had thought it was going to be a major problem and he tested everything and came back; he said we can solve the problem by replacing the relays. This was at 1/3 of the cost I was expecting to pay. They were excellent and so honest. I would recommend them to everybody.

I called Frye to get light fixture installed. Michael was extremely courteous and scheduled an appointment for the next day. Lee and Jeff arrived on time and quickly went to work on installation. Were very professional and assembled fixture for us since we had failed to do so before they arrived. They were very helpful and friendly. They left the work area spotless. Would definitely use this company again.

He arrived just before it begin to really storm and he took care of my needs in a professional and prompt manner. I will use Frye again if need to.

This company does not stand behind their work! When previous work failed, Freye Electric refused to come out to assist with resolution. They were extremely unprofessional and rude.

Frye Electric was contacted and they sent out Dan. He was very professional and got to work right away. Dan was able to find the problems. The house may have been hit by lighting and burned several of the GFI's and several other plugs. He replaced everything that needed replaced and then checked everything to make sure there was no other problems. I would recommend Frye Electric if you have an electrical problem and the Tech ( DAN ) was GREAT.

Kurt was great and I highly recommend Frye Electric. He fixed my switches quickly (that my husband took 2 hours trying to figure out to no avail). I also had him give me an estimate on other work we needed done and that we had another estimate for. He was honest with what work we needed done and what we didn't need done and the best options for what we needed. I was so glad I got a second opinion on the work -- it saved me over $1500 (and mostly on work that I didn't really need done)!

Both electricians showed up promptly and worked diligently. They were polite and cleaned up after themselves.

It was on a Friday night. They are quick to respond. They are professional and have reasonable prices. We use them all the time for our electrical work. They didn't charge us overtime even though they could have. I called their afterhours service and they were out within 30 minutes.

We've used Frye Electric for several jobs in the past and were pleased to see that they have maintained their high ratings on AL. When I called on Thursday, Mike was polite and efficient in determining our needs and I was pleasantly surprised when he was able to schedule an appointment for early Monday morning. Kurt Eaton(happy to see him again since he had done previous work for us before) arrived on time. When he came into our home, he offered to remove his boots (which we truly appreciate). He took off the fan cover in the bathroom to determine the best approach for replacing the fan and discovered that the original fan housing is round. He explained that this is not the conventional kind of exhaust fan to install in bathroom ceilings and the new fan we purchased would not fit into this housing. Kurt suggested he just install a new motor instead of replacing the fan, and I agreed that would be best. Kurt was careful to clean the housing of all the lint and dust that had gathered there before installing the new motor. He asked if we would like to keep the old motor, and we did. Kurt requested a broom to clean up the debris that had fallen from the ceiling, and he cleaned the floor and bathroom counter very nicely. Kurt was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, professional, and very careful as he worked in our home. We appreciate the senior discount we were given on this bill.

The technician was very professional and came up with the best possible solution. He went through the wall to avoid any ceiling damage. The light and wire replaced are now in top working order. The price was affordable, and there was no time wasted.
