+ -1 moreWe felt like Christie did everything she could to sell our house quickly in a tough market. She held a brokers open house and buyers open houses, she advertised it a lot, she solicited feedback for changes buyers and brokers wanted to see, and she brainstormed with us on ways to make it draw more attention. We did drop the price, but in today's market, I suppose you have to. Christie helped by pitching in to address items the buyer demanded be taken care of in order to clinch the sale. In addition, she was personally supportive, always upbeat and positive. She communicated promptly, kept us informed and followed through on everything she promised. She understood our situation and worked with us. We felt like she was really on our side, looking out for us.
Description of Work: After a miserable experience with another realtor, we turned to Christie for help selling our house. She was always prompt, professional and helpful.
