+ -1 moreMs. Corbin and her team of workers scoured the property for two days to make it habitable. They cleaned everything. They washed ceilings, walls, and floors. They cleaned heavily soiled appliances and made them sparkle. They washed windows. They steam cleaned upholstered furniture. They thoroughly cleaned the bathroom and re-caulked the tub and shower. They fixed the toilet and made other minor repairs throughout the property. She is a miracle worker. She is punctual. She is entirely trust worthy. You will be delighted.
Description of Work: Ms. Corbin is a realtor and has a keen eye for knowing exactly what to do in order to thoroughly clean distressed properties. In my case, my rental property was recently vacated and the previous tenant had trashed the property with dogs and cats. The home was like one of those stories you see on the news with too many animals in too small of a space without proper sanitary conditions.
