AVON POOL & SPA

Scheduled an appointment for repair. They were instructed to call before arrival. They did not call, and they showed up very late in the afternoon. The worker stated that he could not do the work because he needed another person to help move the spa. This was on a Thursday prior to holiday weekend. Said he would be back on Tuesday and repair the leak. He never showed or called. I called Dan, the store manager, on Wednesday. He apologized and said he can't have that and he would personally find out what happened and call me back. Today is Thursday and Dan the manager has never bothered to call me for any reason. I will never use this company again nor would I recommend them to anyone! Can't believe they are still in business the way it is ran. I can't rate the price because I didn't shop like I will do from now on.

BEFORE STARTING THE WORK I GAVE STRICT INSTRUCTIONS TO THEM THE POOL NEEDED TO BE FINISHED BEFORE 5/21 BECAUSE I WAS HAVING A GRADUATION PARTY AT MY HOUSE AND THAT I DID NOT WANT WORK STARTED IF THEY COULDN'T FINISH IT BEFORE HAND. THEY ASSURED ME IT WOULD BE DONE ON TIME. THEY FIRST CAME OVER ON 5/19 TO START THE WORK. I WAS CONCERNED BECAUSE OF THE WORK PACE AND THE WEATHER, THE POOL WOULD NOT BE COMPLETED ON TIME, ONCE AGAIN I WAS ASSURED. THEY DID TELL ME THAT THE POOL WOULD NOT BE CRYSTAL CLEAR BUT THAT IT WOULD BE CLEAN ENOUGH, I FOUND THAT TO BE ACCEPTABLE. THE DAY OF THE 21ST THE WORK WAS NOT COMPLETED. I CALLED THE MANAGER AND HE TOLD ME THAT THE DON'T RUN A TEAM ON THE WEEKENDS. I EXPLAINED MY DILEMMA AND HE TOLD ME HE WOULD SEE WHAT HE COULD DO. TO MAKE ALONG STORY SHORT, IT IS NOW 6/6 AND THE WORK IS STILL NOT COMPLETED. THEY DO NOT RETURN CALLS IN A TIMELY MANNER, THEIR TECHS DO NOT CALL PRIOR TO COMING OUT, AND IT IS DIFFICULT TO GET A HOLD OF THE MANGER.
