They did an excellent job. We were satisfied with the price after shopping around a little bit. We were pleased with the whole experience!

It turned out very good! They are very responsive, prompt on installation, and priced fairly.

They came when they said they were going to, they did the job, and it’s been working ever since. We haven’t had any problems. They also gave us suggestions about not using as much salt. The system we replaced was from Aqua Systems and it was a good system that lasted a long time.

We have always been very satisfied with them. We have had them since 1980! We have never had any problems with them at all. They are getting ready to come out and put in a new water softener.

Received prompt response to request to repair old water softener. After discussing repairs, requested an estimate on a new water softener. They reviewed our home requirements and suggested a new water softener. Installation went well and no problems with softener since.

Service techs were professional, on time, and did not take an extended period of time to perform their work.

First class from start to finish. They put in extra time to meet our move in deadline and delivered a product that is worry free and easy to operate.

The salesman did a good job of answering my questions, and even came on a Saturday for the quote. One thing I did not like about the high efficiency model is they didn't have a spec sheet to show the model's performance at various hardness levels (as one would find with just about every other softener). After some digging, he did find me some test results conducted by the owner / engineer. The installation was adequate. I was not happy that they replaced copper with pex, but I did not specify copper in my quote (incorrectly assumed they'd use similar to existing). Shame on me for assuming, I know. I was disappointed that the installer also removed one of my shutoff valves without asking, and then tried to justify to me why I didn't need it. Yes, I can live without it. It will only affect me if I am attempting more plumbing in a certain crawl space. But it was not his decision to make. I should note that for the first week after installation, we did not notice any change in water hardness. The following week, we replaced our 12 year old tank water heater with a tankless and WHAM-O! Instantly we had soft water. So, if you think the unit is not working, I'd suggest you give it a little time and consider whether your water heater is so full of buildup that it is affecting the results. Even if I was not thrilled with the installation, I AM thrilled with the Gen II high efficiency softener with the 6 lb salt setting (on Indy city water) and I would hire them again.

We recently had our kitchen remodeled. We already had an Aqua Systems water filtration system installed, but after the kitchen remodel, we wanted to have the unit installed in another location other than under the sink. We set up an appointment to do that, but after discussing our options on the phone, we felt it would be better to just purchase a new water filtration system that would be new and under warranty. They offered us a great deal to switch out our filtration system along with our water softener as our previous water softener (also an Aqua Systems) was 11 years old and a basic model. We stepped up to a top model. The installation went extremely smoothly. We have used both units for slightly over a month now and are pleased with both. We are saving lots of money with salt and water with the new water softener model. i couldn't be happier and I would highly recommend Aqua Systems.

The plumber, Jerry Hood, was extremely professional, friendly, and trustworthy. He was also on time and dependable. Overall, the work was excellent.

I am appalled at their refusal to return my call.

The technician showed up when he said he would and was polite and efficient. He gave me clear directions on how to set up and use the system. When it leaked later in the day Aqua Systems sent someone out who quickly fixed the problem.

I had a great experience. The men who did the work were reliable and responsible, and always kept me informed. I'm happy with my system.

Never had a chance to find out!!! Will try the Fishers branch who got better reviews!!

After some extensive well issues (they (see other review) drilled me a new one ;-), as expected, my softner system started misbehaving (dirt, crud etc. from shutting and restarting the well). Last time I had this problem (brine tank refill/overflow) I found the culprit to be a small, 10 cent plastic ferrule (delring washer) that seals the brine pipe on either end. Talking to the parts dept. they agreed that I could fix this myself again. I saved myself close to $100 the first time. This time I ran out to Aqua systems on Rockville rd (they serviced and installed my previous system). I picked up 4 ferrules (no charge), and replaced one. I did several other things while I was at it and the puppy is now happy as a clam (r clams really happy). Now, all I have to do is pay for the new well.... there might be oil down there...or nat'l gas.

Very well. He explained what he was doing and why and made suggestions for how best to use our water systems and things to watch periodically.

The whole experience was great. Gave me prices over the phone. Great video on line. Went to the store at my convenience to look at the system. Thought about it over the weekend, Ordered it Monday and they installed it Thursday. The installer was punctual. He installed the system and was in and out in less then an hour, He even relocated the water filter, The system works great, It was a pleasure doing business with them.

They have done a great job. I spent $400 on the osmosis filter. They were very professional and explained everything. They were very neat and tidy with everything they did. They were good.

The job went great and they did a good job. They are very friendly and they answer any questions that you have. They are easy to deal with.

We felt that their pricing was reasonable compared to the other places we checked. We liked that they were full of information, the work was exceptional, and they were on time. The workers that came out were neat and cordial.

Removed old softener - replaced with new water softner; replaced old bypass with new ball valves.

It didn?t get done and the guy wasn?t very professional. He didn?t show up once. He was out twice and he couldn?t repair it when he was out the second time. It was a big waste of my time. He didn?t show up the third time. I just got fed up with him. I was dissatisfied and I contacted somebody else. I paid $80 for not really doing anything. There was water hammering. Then, when I had the plumber out, he tested the water pressure to the house and it was super high. That?s why I had the water pressure reducer put on to bring it more into normal pressure range. Then I didn?t turn the water back on to the softener myself and I should have. However, the water softener wasn?t working. So, it wasn?t going through its motions and you can?t even get it to manually generate. I paid them, but they didn?t fix the problem. I did talk to somebody there and it wasn?t all that helpful. I didn?t like the guy?s attitude when I called and also the guy that was actually doing the work. I wouldn?t use them again.

They do a great job always. Their customer service is wonderful. They are prompt and on time. It is great bunch of people. The gal in the office that does the leasing has bent here for years and does a great job.

When you call and answer the phone he is able to get someone out right away. Ours was part of a new construction. They sent someone out to show us how it worked and to make sure it was working properly. We were impressed.
