101 employees. No subs. Cost determined by the job. No travel charges. $25 off the purchase or rental of a softener or reverse osmosis system (limit one per customer) for all members. No extra charge of 24 hour service. When we started our company back in 1959, a home visit by an Aqua Systems sales representative was the most convenient way to discover the attributes of our products.

Description of Work: I contacted Aqua systems to have them come out and look at my water softner, even though it was a Culligan. I thought something was wrong due to the fact since I had bought the house the 1st of April, that my salt level was still the same. The person I spoke to on the phone let me know that often with houses on the market, the realitor will place the softner in bypass mode. He walked me thru how to check for the problem. I located the lever, switched it back on, and the softner started working immediately. Instead of just coming to the house and costing me a service fee for something so simple, or worse coming out and trying to sell me on a newer system with their company. He didn't do any of this and the cost was Zero. Thank you Aqua systems for your Honesty and Integrity. I will in the future use your company, and recommend you to all my family and friends.

Description of Work: We had very nasty well water with lots of sulfur and iron. Aquasystems knew exactly what we needed. They coordinated the installation and followed up to be sure everything was working. They are always available for any additional questions we have. Kudos to Aquasystem for great customer service and a great product.

Description of Work: We purchased an air purification system (free standing unit) from Aqua Systems when we had them install our RO and water softener unit. The filtration unit was dark and needed a new filter. They were not in stock, so Kathleen called and ordered one from the manufacture. It was delivered to our door within a week. It was easy to install. She sent a bill later and called to follow up with me to make sure it was what I needed. Her service was excellent!

Description of Work: Aqua Systems cam out to do their annual system check on our water softener, and brought more salt for the softener as well. They could only commit to coming within a four hour window of time, which was a little frustrating. The work done was done well and quickly.
