Description of Work: Only problem was that the installer had a back injury. Luckily, there was a man at the house that could help. Otherwise, I'm not sure how the old water softener would have gotten out of the basement.

Description of Work: Removed SC150 Water Softener and replaced with High Efficiency Generation II water softener. They have excellent customer service and warranty their product for seven years. Our system was 10 years old and needed replacement and the new system will use less salt and water.

Description of Work: I have had my system since 2008 along with the reverse osmosis drinking system. Only had one minor problem involving the timer, which they promptly repaired without cost to me. I also replace the RO filter |yearly which their tech demonstrated the replacement procedure, saving me installation costs.
