Old unit was not working and could not be repaired. The sales rep. explained several options and stated pros and cons. I chose the high efficient unit. It has been an excellent choice. It uses very little salt and provides soft water as advertized. The installation of the new unit and removal of the old was done without any mess as care was taken by the workers. All representatives were polite, efficient, and knowledgeable. Once the salt was removed from the old container, an Aqua Systems representative came the next day after my call to remove it from my basement.

I purchased a new Smart Tec softner to up date my old system.The old system purchased from Aqua System was still operating well.Due to it's age 25 years old,parts were obsolete so I needed to upgrade.I purchased softner and iron filter and brought them home and installed them myself. I had a problem getting softner to work properly .They sent a tec out to fix the issue. The tec fixed the problem and stayed until the water recycled.Then he tested the water to make sure it was @ the proper setting. Then he took the time to explain the finer details of maintaining them. This company is the best from products, customer service to house calls. I am very satisfied with them and their service for the past 25 years, and they have the only iron filter on the market that can handle my iron problem. I would recommend this company to everyone who has a well or irony water. My well is 400 ft. deep with a iron content of 8ppm Dennis H. Poland Ind.

This is the 2nd time we have used Aqua Water Systems. The first time was in 1999. We got 15 years of use out of our previous water softener and RO system. When we purchased the second system the sales consultant actually talked us down to a less expensive package based on our needs. The installation went really well. The AWS installer was awesome. He even fixed a leak under our sink. He also noticed that we requested and paid for a service that we did not need. He made sure to inform the office and we promptly received a refund check. The products are awesome and worth every penny

The sales rep was on time and really professional yet personable. He provided answers to our questions in a manner that we had no difficulty understanding. We came to a business arrangement right away. The installation tech was also personable and professional (as well as punctual) and had the old units unhooked and the new unit installed very quickly..

They're prompt at their service calls. They're always competitively priced. There were no issues. I would give A all the way.

The technician did an excellent job and went above and beyond to make it work for us. There was a lot of pipe that had to be run and he ensured there were no leaks by no fault of him. It was an old coupling. He really saved us because there was a leak which he promptly fixed.

I am always pleased when I arrange to have salt delivered. I scheduled the day for delivery and the morning of the scheduled delivery, the technician called and gave me a two hour window in which he would arrive. He was punctual, carried the salt into the basement and loaded the softener. I appreciate their punctuality and willingness to carry and load bags of salt that are too heavy for me.

They're great and it was a fine experience.

On time, price as promised. Only hiccup was they did not leave the extra bag of salt that comes with installation. I called and spoke to jeff, the gentleman who gave the estimate and sold me the unit, and it was corrected immediately. Overall- positive experience and would recommend.

Awesome customer service from start to finish. Our previous water softener was only 3 years old and the installer was kind enough to call and "confirm we actually wanted to replace our water softener". I had a babysitter with my kids and he called when he arrived and called to let me know he was done. Great service and actually wish all companies were as easy to work with -- highly recommend!!!

During installation I realized that I had never discussed a sink tap and the installation person installed one for me without question. The water tastes wonderful and I no longer have lime deposits on the sinks, faucets, washing machine etc.

The whole system is fantastic. We can also have them deliver and add the water pellets. The drinking water is the best we have ever tasted. We shopped around and had a lot of fancy higher priced estimates but would recommend this to all. The installer was also informative and a super friendly person.........5 stars to all

Flow meter on one unit did not function, aqua systems provided replacement meter, no questions asked.

We are on a well and the water looked very nasty. I was very impressed with the service and yah system works great.

Came on time. Moved all the equipment (basement install). One hour to install. 30 minutes to fill with salt. 20 minutes for cleanup and system review.

Went well. Techician arrived as prearranged and installed the water softener then explained operation to me. The water softener works great, uses less salt than other systems I have had. No complaints. Would highly recommend. Costs a little more but the quality and service are worth it..

I like them a lot. This was the second time we used their services. The quality is great our previous water softener we had for 20 years before we sold our house. I have been impressed with their professionalism and service. They are always easy to get a hold of and to schedule and appointment with. I like that they do their own installations and do not sub contract the work out.
