The two man crew was in and out in about 45 minutes, and were punctual and professional. The installation included approximately 175 lbs of salt, as well as a three year warranty on labor and lifetime warranty on certain parts of the system. I can tell a huge difference in the quality of my water since the softener was installed. There is no longer residue left on my bathroom fixtures from the minerals as I encountered often with non-softened water. My clothes feel softer when pulling them out of the washer too. I've been thoroughly impressed with Aqua Systems.

I have been having problems with an iron filter in my home. I took Aqua Systems a sample of water. They showed me the test for the water softener, which was fine and then tried to sell me a very expensive iron filter. They did not show me the results of the iron filter test and I just assumed that I needed an iron filter since the previous owner of my house had one installed. Since the price was high, I got a second opinion from another Angies List award winner who came to my home, tested my water, and indicated that my iron levels were low enough that the water softener alone was sufficient and I did not need an iron filter. Bottom line, these guys tried to sell me an iron filter that I did not need. I have had zero rust problems since I uninstalled my existing iron filter over a month ago.

The installation went well and I am very pleased with the water softener.

1)Old softener left in driveway, tech said it was too heavy to move. Funny, I disposed of it myself without any help. 2)Overcharged on credit card for early payoff, and to jump thru hoops of fire to correct. 3)Billed twice in same month for double the rental on remaining unit!!! 4)When I called them, was put on hold for over 22 minutes. In my opinion, after 4 minutes hold becomes "ignore". 5)Phone rings in an office, could be Fishers, Avon, Greenwood, etc. You never know which office you will get, and if someone answers, it's always the wrong office. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

It went very well. They were professional and I would recommend them.

I went to their showroom and got a very good explanation of their systems and their company. Made an appointment for them to come out and install it. They came out within the proposed time frame and installed it. Friendly service. Left it clean. Explained what to do and how it would work and what kind of maintenance I should do. Much cheaper than the equivalent from Culligan.

Aqua Systems removed a much more expensive companies iron filter which we had installed about 6 years ago. They installed a new unit and hauled the old sytem away. Installation was only about 1 1/2 hrs and was done very professionally. The service technician cleaned up the area before leaving. He was extremely polite and showed pride in his workmanship.

I am very pleased with it. They explained the system very well to me so that even I could understand it.

They said the softener was fine, and we didn't need a new one. They deliver the salt, and their service is fine.

Had to schedule out about a week or so. Came on time and replaced parts. Technician said water level should go down in a couple of days. After 1 week still the same. Called them and scheduled follow up. But before they came water level started ro recede. After talking to repair person at store found that results depended on how frewuent regens occur. Problem was solved.

The job was done very well and in a timely fashion, installer was very flexible about where we wanted it to be installed. He was very informative about what he was doing also.

They did the work as they said they would. I have used them before and am acquainted with the company. I was happy with the dependable products that they have and have had low maintenance with the products. I have a well and I challenge my water softeners.

They did an excellent job. They were very helpful and gave me a lot of tips about the best use for salt. When they needed to put more salt in they came right out.

Described problem over the phone and it was diagnosed and service done next day.

They called between 7:30 and 8:30 that morning as promised to give me a 2-hour window, and the technician came within the time they gave. He was only here a few minutes, and showed me the old filter which was very grimy. I was surprised after he left to find the old filters still in the sink. I would have liked for him to throw them away for me. I called the company and they said the tech leaves the filters so that he won't be accused of not changing them out. In any case, the water tastes great and the pressure is a lot better too.

Everything turned out fine. When I was shopping around for a water softener, they had the best price. They were very accommodating, and they made me happy.

As far as I remember, everything was fine. They took care of what we needed.

They had a promotion going at the time, and it went really smooth. They came and installed it in a couple of hours. They were a good value compared to most people we looked at.

They brought everything they thought that they needed and they installed it all in the same day. We had one problem that came up and they called another plumber to have him fix it on the spot. They were good at calling to follow up to see how everything was working. The price was a really good price for the work that we had done.

Service manager (John Ellis) was very helpful and worked to save me money by helping me do the exchange myself. When I had problems resetting the new valve, John sent a tech to my house at no charge.

The service was good and I was pleased with them. They were professional. They came out when they when they said they were going to. There was one problem and they came out with no problems.

Couldn't ask for better. They called in the morning to give me a time frame for the delivery. The tech hauled 320 pounds of salt down into my basement and filled the salt tank.

They carry it into the basement and put it into the water softener. They're always on time and very professional. They are courteous and make sure that everything is working fine.

We called for service on a 24 year old water softener. They came out promptly but found that the unit could not be economically repaired. They sold us a new water softener and installed it within a few days. Because our old salt tank was full, they offered to come back at no additional charge and install the new tank after the salt level in the old tank drops to near the bottom.

I was delighted that the product was in stock and available in multiple finishes and at a cheaper price than I had paid for the original one. These guys were great! I was in and out in a flash, and the product was exactly what I needed.
