Everything was completed as per estimate and no problems were found with anything they did. They arrived on time, did their work and were finished in about 3 hours. I would definitely recommend them for any future electrical wiring needs that I have.

American Electric is great! This is the second time I have used them, and both times they did the job promptly and correctly.

I called for a last minute estimate on bringing service to an unattached pole barn. i literally called while driving to the job site and they sent someone over in 15 minutes. I got the estimate the next day by email. The company representative was very knowledgeable and pleasant. I would definitely use them in the future.

My initial contact and subsequent questions/scheduling was with Dawn who was always polite, knowledgeable, and professional. Initially, we requested six recessed lights but once the electrician came out to install, he was unable to place three of the lights due to a heating/cooling vent running in the ceiling. I agreed upon only placing three and it turned out great! I appreciate the fact that the electrician did not try to sell me something that I didn't need and he didn't try to "squeeze" those remaining three lights into spaces that wouldn't have looked right - for this alone, I would use them again. From the time I called to schedule an estimate, it took two weeks for them to come out and perform the estimate which I think is reasonable. I received the written estimate the next day and scheduled installation for the following week. All in all, the services were timely and professional. Great job and I would definitely use them again!

Brett was our contact and he was great to work with and be around. He was always whistling or singing and had a ton of information about thousands of interesting fun facts. I trusted him in my home when I was not here and he was very knowledgeable about his work and the history of the home. I feel safe in knowing that our home was wired by Brett and would use him again and will.

MAYBE A MINOR PROBLEM: THEY WERE TOLD THE PURPOSE OF THE ELECTRICAL SERVICE. THEY WERE TOLD THAT A SPECIFIC OUTLET WAS REQUIRED AND THAT THIS OUTLET WAS FOUND AT THE NEARBY LOWES. THEY SHOWED UP WITH THE INCORRECT OUTLET. MY WIFE WENT TO THE STORE TO GET IT.
