+ -1 moreMy computer had been acting weird, a lot of pop-ups that would not come off. I had a virus of some sort. Tri State Computer Repair did very well. The whole group that works there helped answer questions and let us know what happened.

+ -1 moreJohn was friendly and helpful. He got all the info and had it on a new external hard drive in 24 hours. The work was completed at a lower cost than I had expected.
Description of Work: My laptop suddenly wouldn't charge or boot up days before I needed important documentation for a court appearance. Staff managed to get all the saved data from the device.

+ -1 moreEveryone I came in contact with was friendly, and professional. I've taken my business here before, a broken iPod case, and it was handled quickly and professionally, the price was reasonable, and as quoted.
Description of Work: Looked over a broken laptop, and did not charge me. It wasn't something that was economically fixable, but it could have been fixed. Additionally, I left a second broken laptop with them today, and am hoping for better news on it's life being extended at a cost effective price.

+ -1 morejohn does excellent job, also took time to explain the how to,s on my new laptop. As for service and repair, couldnt believe how well , and quickley the job went. SERVICE WAS TOP NOTCH. fixed my old computer, runs as new as the day it was first purchcased.
