About us

Pater Architectural is a custom architectural millwork company. We specialize in custom made and replicated wood products including: doors, windows, mouldings, and cabinetry. We are known for building all of our products with a level of quality not found in today's larger providers of millwork. We serve the preservation, residential, commercial, and hospitality markets. Our unique specialty is in our ability to fabricate unusual shapes such as round windows, swans neck door transoms, elliptical transoms and arches, curved muntins, and large true divided light doors and windows. Since we are custom per your order, we typically require half down upon contract signing, with balance due upon pick up or delivery. Our service area is generally the Greater Cincinnati, Ohio area, but we can produce from architectural drawings and ship anywhere in the U.S.

During the job they made the contract that I signed, i held up my end of the deal with the payment plan. They consistently asked for money before the job was complete, I paid them even thought it wasn't 100% complete per the contract. When the job was complete I asked them to provide me with a written one year warranty. Once they were fully paid they did not answer their phones, I finally reached Mr. Pater at home and he said he will not honor the warranty, he said I can go ahead a sue him because he will not honor the warranty. It has only been a 4 month time span and the windows he personally made are breaking.
