They were wonderful. They came My husband explained what was needed. They gave us an estimate. They sent the details of what they would do. They came. They did it. They left. I thought the bill was very reasonable. I couldn't recommend them more highly. They were really nice people to deal with. They contacted us and let us know what was the reason for delay. They told us they would be coming out to resolve things. They did work that was actually would have cost us $1200 and in fact cost us $800. They did exactly what they said they would do and suggested things. We took advantage of their expertise to make sure that ours was truly healthy and continued to grow in unobtrusive way. It was good. Normally priced but our dealing with the people was they were very friendly and professional. The reasonable cost. When we requested the work, it was a very high volume point for doing prune work and I might suggest contacting them at a time that was less busy.

I thought the price was fair. They were easy to deal with. They had an excellent record on Angie's List.

I was able to schedule the work for the very next day. Sam arrived on time. He was courteous, professional and gave me a good price for the removal of 5 stumps. The work was completed in a neat and timely manner...I would definitely use them again.

I purchased an 199 for 400 deal. This covered the stumps and I believe I was quoted a fair price for the dead tree. Once we scheduled a date, they were efficient. They did the work on a Friday afternoon and Saturday while we were out of town. We came home and were very pleased.

The service was good. The owner was very personable as was his wife. What I disliked was that they are a newer company and so they haven't figured out as far as scheduling and billing. The work turned out very well, and the interaction was awesome. I would tell them to be a little more formal in the process. I spent $450 more than the big deal price. I did not get multiple quotes.

Service was exactly what I hoped for and Sam was very attentive to details, making sure to check with me throughout the servicing to make sure the trees and bushes were trimmed to my liking. I first contacted him on Tuesday afternoon, he stopped by on Wednesday to give me an estimate, and by Friday afternoon, everything was finished! He and his brother Joe, and helper James were very efficient, cleaned everything up and did a great job!!! All together they trimmed eight trees, cabled up three, and trimmed nine bushes/shrubs.

Each crew was very polite. Since I had several large trees, it took several days to get the trees down, and remove the wood. They worked a few days and some evenings, so a couple people on the crew changed, but the owner was always present except to take one load of wood away while two people remained to move the wood to the road. The smaller branches were shredded in a couple areas so I could use them for a pathway in the woods. They took the trees down fairly close to the ground without stump grinding. They can do stump grinding. I may have them return to pressure wash my deck.

Sam and Joe were great! They did a very professional job in removing the tree and worked together as a great team. I would hire them again and will definitely recommend them to anyone who is seeking tree services. Thanks again 3M, you did a great job!

I met with MMM the night of the 15th where they were very helpful in telling us their opinion and providing a quote on site without any wait. They even recommended we keep our other tree (which was the right move) rather than removing both. They were able to come to the house on the 16th (less than 12 hours notice!) and finish within no time. I loved that they sent a picture via text when they were done. Denessa was a pleasure to work with in regard to scheduling and invoicing. They even sent us a lovely Christmas card. Of all the contractors I've worked with in the last few months (at least 6-8 now), MMM was the fastest and easiest to work with by far. I would highly recommend them!

They did a great job! Sam and his brother are very professional. The quote to complete the work I wanted was a total of $425 minus the $200 deal. They worked on my trees for around 4.5 hours and disposed of all of the limbs.

The owner of the company was punctual, courteous, and very professional. I had two very tall walnut trees surrounded by landscaping and woods, and near the house, that I wanted removed without disturbing any of the surroundings. I was quite leery about the removal because I truly did not believe his optimistic attitude that he could remove the huge tall trees without damaging ANY other tree in the area or the existing landscaping under the trees. I believe that I was probably even a pain to work with because I was quite anxious and thus pesty while hovering over the whole process. Sam was unbelievably patient and meticulous in the removal. He stayed until the job was completed which was well after normal working hours even though it was incredibly hot and sultry. Sam never complained or seemed irritated with my concerns. I could not believe how he could drop a branch exactly where he told me he would. When the job was finished there was not one stem or branch broken from any plant or other trees!!! He then asked if i would like to make a bench with some of the trunk from the trees and proceeded to cut two 6-8ft pieces of the trunks for me! I believe most men would have had enough of me WAY before the job was done and would never have offered cuts for a bench. The service, expertise, and safety measures were unbeatable! I would HIGHLY recommend this company!

I was very happy to have this tree brought down because it was becoming a nuisance. Sam was pro-active about scheduling the time and negotiating a price. He provided the appropriate proof of insurance in advance as requested and promised. Sam kept in touch up to and including the day of the service to keep me informed of his schedule. Sam arrived on time ready to complete the project. One thing that stood out for me was that Sam arrived with all of the equipment to complete the job. He was conscientious about safety; his, mine, and my property (the tree was close enough to cause damage to the house). Sam safely and diligently completed the work quickly.
