"I never received my Consultant Review and Repair Plan. Everything that was advised to me to be completed never reflected with the credit Bureaus ( except 1 dispute process on 1 of the 3 bureaus). There was only that 1 update within a 4 month time frame. Great at answering questions or concerns. Terrible at following through to obtain results. Also in contract state if no changes in credit report or score services will end and 50% of refund will be provided. I was told " you didn't read the contract lol". I guess that 1 bureau update is services rendered. I won't be referring this company to anyone."
