BUTTERMORE APPLIANCE SALES

We got a new washer-dryer combination and a new refrigerator/freezer. They first came to install the refrigerator and discovered that even though we had measured three times, it was going to be a quarter of an inch too tall. We had been debating the options JUST in case. One of the installers suggested we contact a tradesman they knew and see what he couold do to accommodate the over sized unit., I sent him pictures of the current cabinets and he suggested just simply raising the entire wall of cabinets. Which he did. Buttermore came back to install the refrigerator and the washer/dryer on time, as scheduled. They removed the old fridge and hooked up the new one. Made sure it was working and went on to the washer/dryer. There were a couple of minor issues there, but they took them right in stride and got the units in, checked out and operating correctly before they left. We have used Buttermore in the past and were very satisfied with the work this time. We WILL use them again.

They use to be good and now they have changed owners and they are great when buying your appliances but then when you go to get your warranty out of them. They ruined two of my appliances and are unresponsive and just plain dishonest. They are not honoring their warranty that we bought from them and the service technician scratched the front of my microwave, he broke my microwave door so I had no microwave door for a month. Then I have had two shelves that needed fixed in my refrigerator and it's under warranty and they are just suppose to replace them and I can't get them to do that. Instead of fixing my oven inside the coding was peeling off and it was shortly getting shard that cut you when you moved your cloth over it if you are cleaning and he even put acrylic on that's white and my oven is blue and now the acrylic is all worn off and they are totally unresponsive. We've had a lot of problems with them and I would not recommend them and I recommend people to stay far away from them.

The service was outstanding; it was great. The technician knew right away what needed to be done. He had the parts with him and took care of it in a short period of time. He was neat and clean about his work. The cost was very reasonable and we definitely would call him again.
